We needed to expand our office space to accommodate more offices. It was late November and we could not find anyone available. We were referred to Sam and he finished the project for us in December, he even worked through the christmas holidays. Happy with the service and overall workmanship.

I Hired Sammy through reference,in my bldg, I had already several other contractors, and liked his professional approach and details to his knowledge of products, my bathroom was old as the building 60yrs and needed renovations. I was pleased with the finishes and asked him to install crown moulding through out my Unit, since we upgraded our party room with new moulding also. He was committed and professional and honoured his price without any delays . I also upgraded myElectrical Panel from fuses to Breakers , with his recommendations and half GfCI installed in older kitchen. I am pleased with his work and enjoying my new finishes. I will recommend him , no doubt , since I am senior and want somoneI can trust .

We were looking to update our flooring and change carpet steps to Hardwood and a friend recommended sammy through our acquaintece.
Project requite removing carpets on steps and ballesters and laminate floor to main floor area.
Sammy provided the recommended products and suggestions for final finish. He delivered the project as scheduled . We are in process of relocating to new house and will likely require his services for future projects.

We hired Sammy for a medium sized labour-only home reno (we were supplying the materials). He was to start mid Nov. 2015. When we met to sign the "contract", we gave him 50% of the total; $5K cash deposit only because he is a friend of a friend. He told us at this meeting he needed another week to finish his current job. After 6+ weeks of delays we decided we needed to find another contractor & asked for our deposit back. At this time we were told he didn't have it & we would have to wait until the end Jan 2016!!! It's mid Feb and still no refund received!!

You know, sometimes you believe that you become lucky with service workers who fulfill their roles in a professional and excellent manner considering the negative stories we hear in and around the city. But I have to thank My lucky stars for not only being lucky to receive great workmanship the second time round, but a great human being who is fair, with a heart, and honest. This is my second project with this company renovating my basement bathroom completed 2 weeks ago and I must say the workmanship was professional throughout. Sammy went above and beyond to not only completing the task with flair and beauty, but willing to share some of his expertise with us to save us expense in the future. What is great about Sammy is that I don't have to be calling in a hundred different people to do different parts of the work, he does it all.He's patient and considerate regardless of how many questions I ask him, and I do ask a lot. He's always welcoming with other options available. He also completed additional tasks that he didn't charge for, completed the task in a timely manner although he came in late to work some days, and he completed the work in a timely manner while exhibiting great attention to detail. For me, I think his cost was very reasonable compared to other estimates I received, At my age I need to have people coming inside my house who I can trust because I have to leave for work, so trust is a big part of who I'll choose to work for me as well as honesty and workmanship. For those reasons, I would highly recommend Handyman Renovation Services to anyone. He'll definitely let you feel confident in your choices and I will definitely be calling on his services again in the future
