My experience with this contractor was mixed, but I am now satisfied that they take their customer service seriously. Initially, the people at the head office were helpful on the phone, but the electrician who turned up at my home to install an outlet in my basement was negative and unhelpful. He insisted that my new sump pump had to be connected directly to the electrical panel (rather than just installing an electrical outlet) and gave me a quote for $600. I found out later that this was untrue (all that was needed was an outlet) and got it done for much, much less. So I ended up paying $66 for the initial visit/consultation for no reason. But subsequent to my complaint, Genelle, the office manager, made a special effort to rectify the situation by contacting me and hearing me out. I appreciate that this contractor has tried to make amends. So I am changing my initial negative review to a more positive one.
