Lenni and his team are top notch. I had them come out when another pool company left things started but couldn't complete (3 weeks of waiting and phone calls not being returned led me to Lenni) All I can say is, this is the guy you want. he calls you back, leaves you messages, shows up when he says he will, if there is a problem he let's you know. He opened my pool, replaced the liner (there were many holes), opened the pool and prepped everything. If you are looking for a dependable, reliable team that know's pools and helps you understand the issues or challenges you may have, call Lenni.

Very dissatisfied with the service and follow up. I moved into a home with a Pool, so I called them up. They are close by and I've seen their store quite a bit driving through Streetsville, so thought they would be the perfect choice. I should have started here and researched companies. (I did that for everything else, but for some reason, decided to try them out) Horrible service, the 2 Scottish women, Pat and Dee are not the nicest or most polite women. Their Pool Guy Brody came out twice and then never heard back from him. To give you an idea of my experience, I booked them to come out on April 21st to open my pool. They come, spend 1.5 and tell me there is a lot of ground water behind the liner, they'll come back to do a Line Pressure check and let me know what's what. A couple days go by, I call to follow up. He'll be out in the next day or so. He comes out, cuts to of the hoses to do the pressure check and drains my pool empty. 3 weeks have gone by and after calling the store a few times, I am told to call Brody directly (which I thought was odd, but ok) I leave Brody messages, he calls and says sorry that this is taking so long, but he doesn't have the right tools for the job. But he will be out in the next few days to fix the issues. He still doesn't show up. Now one of my neighbours sees the pool empty and tells me this isn't good, as the liner could shrink and dry out. and when we do fill it up, it could stretch and tear the liner... Oh boy, so now I'm thinking WTF!? So I call them back again. Get no call back. So I've moved on to another company. Horrible horrible service.

Due to some heavy winds a few weeks back, my back fence started to loosen. A post had come right out of the ground and was taking part of my fence with it. Craig and his guys did a great job, fast, reliable and professional. I had them take down the old fence and replace it with a new one. they came in much cheaper than the other companies I had quote. I am very pleased with their work. I'm also having them remove some old grass and interlocking (20 yrs old) and replacing with some patio stones and pea gravel. Adding in a gate and turning it into a pen for my dogs. these guys are great, I would totally recommend Craig and his team for any landscaping needs.

Joe's team was great, they came out, got all the work completed in a day and everything was working fine. Joe came out a few days later to do and inspection and offered advice on how to care for the new items. Clean, professional and knowledgable. no problem recommending to any one.

Paul and Joe did a great job cleaning the ducts of my new house. I swear the previous owners used the ducts as a garbage disposal!! They were both friendly and knowledgeable and explained the process to me as they went along. I feel so much better now that I know I won't be breathing in the crap air with the dust, pet hair and bits of tile and wood!? They worked very effeciently and were done much sooner than I expected. I am very satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them.

All new windows, brick to brick, new doors, sliding doors and laundry room doors. Peter's team were amazing. Professional, detailed and the pride they take in their work, amazing. Great crew, courteous, punctual, just great guys. Totally recommend Peter and his team. Helpful, worked with us and made things happen.

Just moving in, this carpet was disgusting. The basement and upstairs carpet was in rough shape. They had pets and possibly farm animals ;) Needless to say these guys came in and brought the carpet back to life. The place smells better and the carpet just looks new. Great work, would totally recommend.

Great service, through and professional. Adam advised me of some damage he found on the exterior and what I should do to fix it. I'm a new home owner and he was helpful in advice and direction.

We just purchased a home and the place needed somer serious cleaning. Jacob and Rose came with a fantastic team and they were amazing. From top to bottom, they were through, detailed and professional. In the bathrooms they disinfected, cleaned all the appliances, the cupboards, the ceiling fans, let me tell you, it looked like the previous owners never cleaned!!! We had renovators in and they were able to work around them to get things done (which was greatly appreciated) and just a friendly bunch who took pride in what they did. Our new home is ready for us now, thanks to Jacob and Rose. A great team I would highly recommend for anyone who needs help cleaning.

At first we weren't sure who to call. I was very skeptical, but Brent lived up to the hype. (let me explain this comment, when I first started searching, I couldn't believe everyone spoke so highly of Brent, I wasn't sure what to believe-but when we met, I could see how down to earth he was and how he was a straight shooter and I really felt like he was looking out for my best interests.) He was on time, friendly and took the time to explain issues he saw, he got on the roof and under the carpet corners, and pointed out things that were repaired or damaged. He was very thorough from top to bottom and from outside in. Just a great all around guy, great work and service. It was a great experience for me and I totally recommend him to anyone who needs a solid Home Inspector.
