Kerem and Mike first came to our house a few weeks ago to fix a leaking faucet in our soaker tub. Unfortunately, the faucet was beyond repair. He suggested we order a new faucet and asked us to email him the one we chose to ensure that it would work with the current layout of the tub. When it arrived, there were no issues booking him to come back to install the new faucet. It was not an easy job for several reasons. First they had to remove the entire tub to install new shut off valves and flex hoses. Also, the tub was difficult to remove, but they worked very hard, without complaint. They are truly a team and great problem solvers. The process was much more complicated and laborious than anticipated, but they finished the job, flawlessly, and on the same day! Despite coming out on a Sunday, both days, and working far past the anticipated completion time, their price was reasonable. We will definitely use them again!

Had an excellent experience with this company. Their staff are highly specialized and care about customer service. Had an issue with my ventilation system which they were able to troubleshoot and rectify. Would highly recommend this company.

We have never put in a review for any company before, but Brian Zhong and his crew were exceptional. Our furnace broke down early this a.m. and we needed it fixed fast. After calling around to other companies who told us it would be at least a day until they could service it, we were quite frustrated. When we called Brian, however, he said he'd have it fixed by the end of the day and it was fixed at a fraction of the cost. Amazing service, good clean up and reliable.
