I had Dave from Mersey Heating and Air Conditioning perform my annual air conditioning maintenance. Dave is very knowledgeable, professional and very detailed at what he does. He is also very attentive to his customers and will educate and answer any concerns they may have. He has always arrived on time for his appointments which is very helpful. He really is top notch. Overall, I am very pleases with his service and I will be requesting him back for any future appointments.

I hired Hadid to install a vanity light fixture in the washroom. As usual, he did not disappoint. His work was extremely clean and professional. He pays attention to detail, and does make sure that the client is satisfied along the way. His attitude is that of respect and politeness. He is very knowledgeable and detailed, as he was able to navigate through difficult challenges with solutions. Hired The Chimney Company to rebuild my chimney. I can truly say that this is a well oiled company. From initial communication with Bill, to the execution of the job completed, everything was flawless. The crew was very pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and very respectful of one's property. They were extremely neat and organized with absolutely no mess at all. The bricks were a perfect match to the rest of the house, and the workmanship was just outstanding. Mersey called to have my air conditioner inspected after one year of installation. This was to ensure that the unit was performing as it was to be. I requested Nick to come out as I had used him previously. He was truly polite and courteous and addressed all of my concerns with great patience. He performed a thorough and complete check of the unit paying attention to all detail as I requested. He also followed proper covid-19 protocols respecting my home. Nick really is top drawer and I will be requesting him once again in the future.

I hired Fine Design Interiors to upholster two small chrome-like chairs that are over 50 years old. These chairs were kept in storage for over 40 years and now required a face-lift. I had Mark clean and reupholster them, only to look brand new as if they were bought today. The material is just beautiful and the overall job exceeded my expectations. While performing the service, he explained the whole process in great detail. He answered all of my questions and concerns with a high level of knowledge and professionalism. I received great customer service from Cory and that is usually hard to come by these days. My furnace was thoroughly inspected and this put me at great ease. I hired Milestone Aluminum to replace my eavestrough, two new downspouts and replace some old fascia. This company truly exceeded all of my expectations. Dorian, the owner of the company who is very knowledgeable and professional, personally came out to inspect the job, made sure that the entire eavestrough was levelled around the house and even returned back as early as possible to improve the look of the fascia on my balcony as per my request. I must mention the extreme care that he and the crew took in protecting my property. There was absolutely no damage anywhere and my home was surely left immaculate. The customer service provided from this company is outstanding. Dorian does listen to his customers and will satisfy to every extent including himself. There is great communication where all questions and concerns are dealt with anytime. I hired True Flame Gas Repair Services to service and repair my gas fireplace. Jeff arrived at my home before our scheduled time and prior to beginning, he proceeded to explain the work required. He was extremely patient, very knowledgeable and professional. He took great care in covering his work area and performed his job with extreme attention and detail to ensure that my fireplace would once again work properly. I was very impressed with the final results. I had a very clean, attractive fireplace and a new remote so now my fireplace was safe to use. At the completion of the job, Jeff also performed a complete check of the unit. The unit was safe against carbon monoxide leaks which I thought was very important. I called Royal Crown Aluminum to replace the eavestrough, soffit and fascia around my home. Ashley in the office promptly sent Andrew to give me an estimate the next day. Andrew was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and patient in explaining the process and as a result of their professionalism led me to hire this company. Before the installation began, the installers Paul and Arthur, also explained the work involved. They were very polite and attentive to my concerns and I was most satisfied. The workmanship was outstanding and attention to detail was impressive. Upon completion of the installation, the area was left very clean and tidy. I hired True North Interlocking to relay and regrade an existing interlock stone backyard patio. After twenty years, the pavers sunk in some areas forming puddles of water causing drainage against the house. Nino came to address the situation and fully explained the procedure involved to repair the patio. Communication from Nino was excellent prior to commencing the job to meet our time frame. Upon his crew arriving, work commenced in a very organized, clean and efficient manner. Respect for my property was evident. The crew was very polite and pleasant to work with and Ned, the crew leader, addressed all of my concerns as he was relaying my patio. This crew is most certainly experienced at what they do. Upon completion of the installation, the patio looks outstanding and flawless. Attention to detail was impressive. Ned tested water drainage from my patio and without a doubt, it met all requirements. Once again, my property was left immaculate when the crew finished. I hired CSR Carpentry to custom build a solid oak desk piece for my kitchen. Peter (owner) was extremely professional, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. The workmanship was superb and flawless as well as attention to detail was impressive. The installation of the granite top for the desk was clean and meticulous. Finished product is an outstanding quality piece complimented by others which we will enjoy for years to come. I look forward to working with Peter on other future projects. Highly recommended.
