Open Sesame installed my garage door & opener about 8 years. Steve and his helper did a fantastic job - on schedule and on budget and they hauled off my old door. I've since moved and the garage door & opener in my new home wasn't working. I called Open Sesame to see if they could come by to repair it. While speaking on the phone, Steve did some troubleshooting of my garage door issues to see if I could fix it myself rather than having to pay for a service call. I tried his suggestions and the door is working again. Any other company would have sent someone over and charged me to do a simple repair - not Open Sesame. Steve is a man of integrity and truly cares about the long term satisfaction of his customers. Even though he didn't install the garage door in my new home, Steve was extremely helpful and courteous in making sure my problem was resolved without costing me money. If you need a new garage door installed, call Open Sesame. You'll be very glad you did.

My furnace died in the middle of this brutal cold snap. First, I called a different company with purported 24 emergency service. They didn’t show up until the following day – 18 hours after I placed my call. And when they did show up, they misdiagnosed the problem after poking around for a few minutes and tried to push me into replacing the furnace. I wanted another opinion so I then called Aire Max. Max showed up within an hour of my calling him. Not only was he prompt - he was professional, courteous and honest. After a thorough inspection, he found the real problem. The furnace did not need to be replaced – only the electronic mother board. He got the replacement part and installed it – ahead of schedule and on budget. I would highly recommend Aire Max to anyone in need of emergency service. Max is prompt, professional and honest. I wish I would have called Aire Max first.

I needed several pot lights repaired in order to have my house ready for sale. I spoke with Marc Anthony from Empire and made an appointment for an estimate. John Anderson showed up for the estimate the next morning, right on time. He quickly sized up the problems and gave me a very reasonable quote and offered to do the repairs on the spot. John was great. He worked quickly and efficiently and he was a really nice man. I would highly recommend Empire Electrical - their service and rates are fantastic!

I am very impressed with Strong Plumbing. Getting my house ready for sale, I needed two shoddy toilets repaired and the taps in my laundry room replaced. The work wasn’t urgent but I wanted it done quickly to have my house ready for market. I called Strong Plumbing and spoke with Valentin - he came over the next morning. Valentin is a real gent and he did a really great job. He worked quickly and was very thorough with the repairs and replacements and even taught me a few things along the way. I can’t say enough good things about Straight Edge.
