We'd noticed that the double sink in our upstairs bathroom was prone to clogs and a slow drain since we moved in 8 months ago. It became routine, every 6 weeks or so we'd buy a bottle of draino and then go at the clogs with a plunger. Finally after doing this old routine to no avail we called Draincom. When they arrived they drain had cleared, and I felt a little silly for not having anything to show them. But they immediately put my mind at ease. They went at the issue like detectives determined to get to the bottom of why we had this recurring problem. And they solved it! Because we had low water pressure from cheap water facets, debris wasn't getting properly flushed down the pipes and so we were getting a recurring clog! They were prompt, polite and their service was impeccable. A definite rehire. Thank you Draincom!

We've been in our new house for less than 2 weeks. I turned on the oven tonight (Friday of a long weekend) and then took my baby upstairs for a diaper change. That's when I smelled gas. I came running downstairs, turned off the oven and got on HomeStars. I called Cascade, and Linda actually pulled off the highway to take my call. I explained the issue, and not only did she calm me down, but knew what the issue probably was, just from listening to my story. Steve was at the house in a matter of hours with the replacement part. He was incredibly professional and hugely knowledgable. Walked me through the whole process, and even dated my oven from the serial number so that I know what kind of life my appliance has. Cascade is definitely my new "go to" for appliance repair. Definite recommend!

Our entire experience with GoldStar was perfect. From the first consultation Ilia was so lovely and informative. We were concerned that we had left installing a new door too late, but Ilia made sure the shipping came in on time. He advised us as to what kind of door would be right for us including colour and hardware. He was extremely accommodating with special requests, such as figuring out how to attach an old knocker with sentimental value to a new steel door. I was expecting the day of installation to be a big upheaval, but the GoldStar team were so professional, efficient and friendly. We will be using GoldStar when it comes time to replace windows, and I would 100% recommend GoldStar to friends and family - and they're all asking because our new front door has transformed our house! I could not be more happy with my experience with George and Gasguys.ca. Not only did George respond promptly to all my calls, he was super helpful answering all my multitudes of questions, advised us on what kind of bbq to buy, and his quote came in right on target. We made an appointment for a week in advance, but then a day later he called to say that he'd had a cancellation and he could do the installation that night. Fantastic! He was polite, courteous, efficient, great at what he does, and is an all round nice guy. If you need a bbq gas line installed call George. You'll be happy you did.
