Came to our rescue totally last minute
We've been in our new house for less than 2 weeks. I turned on the oven tonight (Friday of a long weekend) and then took my baby upstairs for a diaper change. That's when I smelled gas. I came running downstairs, turned off the oven and got on HomeStars. I called Cascade, and Linda actually pulled off the highway to take my call. I explained the issue, and not only did she calm me down, but knew what the issue probably was, just from listening to my story. Steve was at the house in a matter of hours with the replacement part. He was incredibly professional and hugely knowledgable. Walked me through the whole process, and even dated my oven from the serial number so that I know what kind of life my appliance has. Cascade is definitely my new "go to" for appliance repair. Definite recommend!
