It was a pleasure dealing with this company. They were responsive and reliable and inspired confidence in their work. They removed a lot of the old material and replaced it with new, correct mortar when reinstalling loose stones on the front steps and porch. Jean Luc and Mohammed were very polite and pleasant while doing the work. They also inspected my chimney and replaced mortar where necessary. I intend using them in the future should I need to have masonry work done.

I'm extremely happy with the service so far(this is my first winter ). Setting up the service and getting a quote was quick and painless. The shovelling was done very thoroughly and they obligingly put ice- melter down as well.

I needed someone urgently to help with the installation of a new fridge. The timing was important for a couple of reasons. Evgeny accommodated me and came as soon as he could . Before he arrived I cancelled him as I thought we were going to manage on our own . When I realised my error I called him again and asked him not to cancel. He very goodnaturedly obliged! He then proceeded to change various attachments on the water line as they did not fit with the metal input pipe and were of a suitable quality . I appreciate both his helpfulness and expertise.

Valentin treated my vague sense that our water pressure was suddenly significantly less with prompt, polite attention, even though I was a first time customer. My previous plumber of many years had been dismissive and unhelpful. I am so grateful to him, and though I do not look forward to future plumbing problems, I do look forward to calling on Strong Plumbing when that happens.

Everyone I dealt with at Accu-Star was pleasant and obliging. Elizabeth and her team did a great job, and Elizabeth accommodated all my anxieties about the spread of the mold. When it was discovered that the scope of the job had to be expanded, she was very fair with the additional cost, which I greatly appreciated.

I asked Maret and Jackie to organise a one-off cleaning for my home, as my regular cleaning lady was away - they sent two wonderful ladies, Yasmin and Susan, who did an amazing job, and were so pleasant to boot. I was also so impressed by how well they co-operated with each other, which contributed to both the efficiency with which they worked, and the pleasant atmosphere while they did their job. Maret and Jackie have accommodated me in the past as well, under similar circumstances, and both times did so very willingly and treated me like a star customer, even though I was not a long term customer. I highly recommend this service.

I used Maret’s service for a couple of months while I needed help cleaning my house. I was so impressed from the beginning – Maret spent a long time finding out my needs, and clarifying what exactly would and wouldn’t be covered. I also appreciated that on Sarah (the cleaner’s) first day, Jackie met her at my house and went over all the details with her – it was great not having to go over all that myself. Sarah did a wonderful job – she was efficient and friendly. When I needed to make a change to my schedule, they all went out of their way to accommodate me, even though I was only a short term client. I would definitely use them again should I need help.
