Our basement stairs were finished but there was no railing. I called Ideal Stairs and first spoke to Mesh. He was very helpful, looked at some pictures I sent him and gave us a quote. The railings look great and his team stained them to match the existing stairs. I would recommend Ideal Stairs to anyone. They did such a good job, I didn't even have to clean up after. We are very happy with the railings and would use this company again.

We called Peter at Green apple to build a parking pad and landscape our front yard. The designer (Fred) created a beautiful landscape which included new front concrete steps (covered with stone), landscaping and retaining walls with lighting and irrigation system in addition to the parking pad. We couldn’t be happier with the completed job. The house now has great curb appeal and we have had many compliments from the neighbours. The crew was very professional and courteous and let us know what was going on at every step. They also communicated well with our neighbours to minimize any disruption to them as we share a mutual driveway. I would recommend green apple for any landscaping job and we would definitely use them again for any future landscaping work.

We worked with Christopher from Space Solutions. He was very good to work with. We had a Murphy Bed with 2 different types of storage areas (For opposite walls on each end of a finished basement). We also turned a small 4th bedroom into a walk in closet. The job was scheduled quickly after we settled on a design plan and the work was completed on time and is everything we expected and wanted it to be. It was a pleasure to work with this company and we would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks Christopher and team.

We ran into an issue at our house with some work we were doing in the basement. We discovered our front porch (which was wooden) had no concrete foundation under it. In other words, the flimsy front porch was the only barrier between the outside and part of our basement. I called Otto and he came to look at it right away and once he saw what a mess it was, he had a crew at our place the very next morning to put in a proper concrete porch to create a proper barrier for this part of the basement. The whole job was done in 3 days and they did a great job. We are very happy with the new porch deck and since it was done so quickly, didn't hold up the work being done in the basement. We would use Otto's company again for sure. Thanks Otto and Tony.

We had True North underpin our basement and they did a fantastic job. There were some logistical issues especially with the placement of the bin and Daniel's team did a great job working with our neighbour to address his concerns. The job was done well, on time (was actually done a week earlier than we expected) and for the price we were originally quoted. If you are looking to have your basement underpinned you can't go wrong with True North. The leader on our project was John and he was great to deal with and all the guys were very personable.
