Moe and his crew of electricians did an outstanding job in planning and then installing potlights in my 750 square foot condo built with concrete ceilings. Owing to the concrete ceilings Moe devised a lightbox for my kitchen that replaced the inadequate lighting that the condo came with. The result exceeded my expectations. Not only is the lightbox an attractive addition to the kitchen but it also, owing to the increased brightness, greatly enhances the overall ambiance of entire kitchen area. In addition, potlights were strategically placed in the bulkheads around the condo proving to make the entire space much brighter & hence more comfortable. The "Condo Potlight" team were punctual & professional. Despite all the work they left my unit clean and tidy . I know that having excellent lighting is an important feature for any home. "Condo Potlight'' succeeded in achieving this in my condo.

I recently (August 2019) moved into a house that was missing screens to 3 windows (kitchen, dining room & bathroom) Chris & his partner were punctual & professional and produced excellent quality & attractive screens in a timely manner Their service was courteous and the pricing was reasonable. In addition, they provided sound advice (without me asking) on a safety issue they noticed pertaining to my front door Highly recommended

I recently (May 2019) purchased an old (1904) row house without doing a home inspection since the property had multiple offers Owing to past experience I know it is crucial to have a thorough home inspection in order to be aware of any potential problems - this is particularly relevant with older homes Accordingly, shortly after purchase I arranged for Clearview Home Inspections to assess my new property. Tom was very professional and produced a detailed report that listed several items that I needed to address in order to prevent future problems. He clearly explained everything that needed my attention and prioritized the issues that need to be dealt with sooner rather than later. Based on his report I have already begun to make the necessary improvements that should mitigate expensive repairs in the future. Prime example of this is ensuring an effective drainage system for the home comprised of a sound eaves/downspout configuration in order to prevent potential water damage. I am very satisfied with the Alpine Roofing team that included project manager Spiro and his associates Christos and Oscar. I recently purchased an older row house located on a main street with limited parking. Despite this hindrance, Spiro arranged for a prompt repair and replacement of my roof drainage system along with fascia and soffit work to two second storey protruding windows that were badly in need of repair. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. Whilst performing the initial work I was informed there were other issues that needed addressing such as a minor chimney repair and replacement of a few shingles to my roof. The Alpine team completed all required repairs for a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company and will utilize them with any future roofing/eaves issues.

I contacted "Multiple Choice Flooring" in order to get an estimate on installing carpet runners to the two stairways in my house. Abraham was very accommodating in arranging a home visit for an estimate (came on a Sunday) and subsequently for the actual installation which Abraham did himself. His customer service was excellent and the quality of the end product superb. The carpet runner on the stairway leading to my second floor is immediately visible upon entering my house from the front door and really adds elegance to my century home. I highly recommend this company.

I was very satisfied with the "Mr Potlight" team that included Mohammed and his assistant. They were prompt, courteous and answered all the questions I had pertaining to the installment of 27 potlights in an older house with a challenging electrical system not entirely updated. Despite this, they completed the work in a timely manner with a reasonable cost that produced a terrific result. Bottom line: I would highly recommend this company to friends/family & would utilize them again for any future potlight installment.

I was very satisfied with Petra and her team pertaining to a thorough general cleaning of my house.
