It was a pleasure to deal with Andrew at City Boxes. From the moment I spoke to him on the phone to inquire about boxes, until he picked up the boxes when we were done with them, it was like we knew him forever. Andrew got us extra boxes within the next day once I told him I needed more (I should have listened to him first and ordered more boxes in the first place). Using City Boxes made our move as easy as pie considering we had a 7 month old baby at the time. I would definitely recommand City Boxes to anyone that is looking to rent boxes. We bought our dining room table and chairs from Woodcraft. We actually went there because they carried the chairs we liked and fell in love with a table as well. Rita was extremely helpful and patient with us (they have lots to chose from plus we had our 7 month old son with us). Today, we have received the table and chairs and I was actually so impressed with the guys that delivered them that I had to write a review. These guys are employed by Woodcraft, so they are not just a delivery service. They were very careful when unloading the chairs and table and even set it up for me. They told me how to treat the table and we even put felt stickers on the bottom of the table. The chairs were wrapped in some sort of a fabric bag and they suggested I keep it for future in case we will paint the walls so the chairs will be protected. I don't want to go on and on but this was part 2 of the great service we had at the store. From start to finish (store purchase and delivery) this was a great experience. I came across Dino's movers because I've order some boxes from "My moving boxes.ca" and they were great and so I've decided to use them after reading other reviews online. Isabel, the owner or manager, was easy do deal with and very accommodating. The day of the move, the guys (3 guys) came on time, wrapped all our furniture with blankets etc and that is what took the most time. Once they came to unload (we moved from a condo to a house), they were extremely careful and treated our belongings as if it was theirs. This was Dec 18, 2012 and the guys was as happy as can be even though Christmas was around the corner. They were very respectful to us and our stuff. We will definitely use them again and recommand them to anyone who is need of movers. They are professional, respectful, honest and happy. Thank you Isabel and the team. Merav and Iain Cooper
