I set up an alarm system and a home camera system with them. The alarm system was excellent from the word go. The camera system, unfortunately, was another story. I was having a few issues with it. No issues with the camera but, with some of the functionalities that I specifically wanted. But, I have to say, that their people, Steve (their account manager) and Jason (their service person) are 2 of the amazing and most patient people I have dealt with. There was a time that I had lost my patience because I wasn't getting what I had expected and I felt that it was taking too long but, these 2 guys were on it. They worked with me till I got the functionality that I wanted. They were 2 of the most customer oriented people I have come across. I would specifically like to acknowledge Steven and his customer service. I intentionally went with a Canadian business as I was not too keen on supporting the big corporations. Though there was a time when I questioned my decision (mainly because I was getting impatient) but, I maintain that it was the right decision. Hopefully this level of service will continue in the the years to come. Kudos to the team.

Michael runs an amazing establishment. Right from the start when you talk to Denise to the time they finish up the job, their team is courteous and professional. I had wanted my pool filled up (please reserve all your bewilderment. My kids and their friends are upset as it is). The team came on promptly at the indicated time. They were very careful with the property. Although it was outside, they did not treat it with disdain. They were very professional and very responsive. I must add that Michael's team that came in to fill the pool was really, really good. They were very focused on the job at hand and wrapped up everything in 2 days. But, the quality of work did not suffer. I am thoroughly impressed with Blue2Green as they made the entire process so painless. They cleaned up after the work was done and left everything so clean and nice. Kudos!

I have to say that I am very impressed with this company and their product. Their was small challenge that I had and I was very worried for the outcome. But, I have to say that their product and service was EXCELLENT. The customized door is absolutely beautiful. The sales person who visited us gave us recommendations that we initially thought were excuses but, I must admit that his recommendations were 100% correct. And, I am so glad we listened to him. The team that came to fit the new door was prompt, friendly, and very efficient. They were in and out so quickly and did a wonderful job. Like I said before there was small issue but after looking at their service, quality of product, and professionalism, I must say that they deserve all the kudos for a job excellently executed.

There is nothing I can say about Rami that has not been said before. From the time he walked in my house to give me an estimate to the time he finished the work, I was thoroughly impressed by his professiolism. He knew exactly what he was talking about and you could also tell that from the quality of work he performed. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. He is definitely on my speed dial list.

Anything I say about Alon is not enough. He was professional, prompt, and very courteous. We had a broken spring, cable, and dead battery. He came over the weekend and fixed the issue. Oh, and we discussed FIFA (real football....Ha ha ha ha)

It is true....literally. Jeff was amazing from the very 1st call. Very responsive and helpful. Responded to all my questions and, put to rest all my concerns. I had to reschedule because of my work conflict, and Jeff was very cooperative. He has a cheerful and friendly demeanour and, gives the right recommendations. The space looks so bright now. Its beautiful. My only complaint with him is that now I am so used to someone (Read: Jeff) responding promptly to emails and calls that I will now expect it from every other service provider......ha ha ha ha ha ha.
