This company installed a new heat pump, furnace and water heater in our house this past September. We were very satisfied with the whole process. Today we noticed that ice had accumulated on the heat pump, so we called High Efficiency. They sent a technician this afternoon who solved the problem and explained to us why that had happened. He was very thorough and patient and we were very impressed with his knowledge and the fact that he came the same day which is very rare these days. We totally recommend this company for all heating and cooling needs.

We had two old acrylic skylights, one of which had a visible crack almost right across. After contacting Jeff, he was able to come over within 3 days. We decided that we would replace both skylights. Jeff was very thorough in his explanation of how the work would be done and we immediately felt that this was the company we would be comfortable with. The work was scheduled to be done the next month, but Jeff called earlier to say that the material had arrived and they could do the installation at the beginning of the following week. Kevin arrived exactly on time and finished the work even earlier than expected. He placed a drop sheet to catch any falling debris. We are very happy with the results. We would definitely recommend this company to our friends and relatives.

Steve and his company installed new garage doors at our place a few years back. We were so pleased with the doors and Steve was so great to work with. Such an honest, polite and interesting person. Lately, one of the doors was opening without receiving a signal. We called up Steve and the next day he was at our place to fix the problem. He supplied us with a new remote control battery and did not even want to take any money for that or for the visit. He is a real gem. He is super professional at what he does and we will continue to recommend him when the opportunity arises.

We are extremely happy with both the product and the work of this company. We had six windows replaced in the front of the house. We definitely can feel the difference in both the temperature of the rooms and the noise level from outside. There is road construction very close to our place which sometimes goes on in the middle of the night. It is no longer bothersome. The windows also enhance the look of the house. The installers were very professional and even finished ahead of the scheduled time. Everything was cleaned up very thoroughly. Gen, the sales representative had been very clear in his presentation and the company certainly did what was promised. This included being very prompt and accurate in their submission of the rebate request. We will certainly recommend this company to our relatives and friends.

The office in the front of the house has always been freezing cold in the winter and hot in the summer. We put it off for years, but finally decided to have the attic insulation checked. We initially contacted another company whose representative did not actually go into the attic, but just stood on a ladder and peeked in. When we asked him if the bathroom fans are properly vented to the outside, he said that his company does not do that kind of work and we would have to get that taken care of before insulation was blown into the attic. We thought of calling a roofer and after reading the reviews, we contacted Integrity. Cory was so thorough and spent quite a bit of time inside the roof checking everything, made recommendations and explained very clearly. Integrity takes care of all issues related to the entire roof and the ventilation, including the insulation. Cory saw that the attic above the office was not accessible to top up the insulation. He found a way to make a hole in order to allow the insulation to be blown in. There had almost been no insulation at all in this area. This solved the problem for us. The office is now comfortable. We also notice that the previous draftiness in the house is almost non-existent. Ken did the work to ensure that the bathroom fans have the correct tubing and venting properly to the roof. Everything was cleaned up by the team after they finished working. We are so pleased with the work and staff of this company and will always call them when the need arises. We will of course recommend them to our friends and relatives.

More than 5 years have passed since Elite designed our backyard garden and patio. It still looks so beautiful. Whenever we request from Raffy to seal the patio and fill in any small cracks, he returns our call right away, comes to do the work promptly and we are always completely happy. We love looking out our kitchen sliding doors to our backyard oasis. Thank you again, Elite!!

Last year Elite Concrete did a wonderful job creating a patio and garden wall in our backyard. At the time Raffy told us that the patio would have to be sealed once again in the spring which meant right now. I called the office and left a message. An hour later Raffy called back that the job would be done at the beginning of the week. Well, they came before the scheduled time and finished the job quickly. Once again we were very impressed with this company's efficiency and outstanding service. We cannot praise them enough. Thanks again to Raffy, Marcelo and the whole team.

Serge is very trustworthy and easy to work with. He is amiable and straightforward and told us exactly what the work entails from the beginning so everything was completely clear. Serge was very patient with our questions and was able to change the positioning of the downspouts on the roof in order to prevent water damage to the new roof. His team was very efficient and finished the work ahead of schedule. They cleaned up very nicely and took all the garbage away. The work is very clean looking and professional. We are very satisfied and of course will recommend this company to our friends.

They just finished doing the work and we are completely satisfied. Their work is beautiful and neat and they did more than they promised at the beginning. Marcello was very helpful with his suggestions and was able to make changes to the original plans as the work progressed.
