I had a new furnace, thermostat, and humidifier installed by Spring Home a few years ago. Recently, I had an issue where the thermostat was not sending the signal to turn off the furnace when hot enough, such that I had to turn off the circuit breaker to stop the heat from blowing. I would like to thank Spring Home and especially KIRIL for responding quickly and for spending as much time as needed to investigate and finally fix the problem! He cleaned up the wiring significantly and stayed long past quitting time to be sure that all parts of the system were working correctly. Thanks again!

We needed one wall of our basement done, but it was quite close to the neighbour's house. Andrew did a great job explaining how the workers would have to do this job in sections due to the narrow gap, and how they would protect the neighbour's wall and downspouts from damage. The written quote clearly explained all the work to be done. The workers did the 25 foot wall in three sections. At the end of each day, they did a great job cleaning up the worksite and reconnecting the bottom of our neighbour's downspout. At the end, Andrew came by to look over the work and to provide our warranty document! Thanks for a very professional job!

I would like to thank Gabriel and his team for a fast, professional replacement of my bay window! The whole job was completed in about a day and a half, including removal of the old window and cleanup of the site. This has been our second job with Eco Choice, and they can definitely expect to hear back from us for future work!

We had some issues with leakage in the basement and called a couple of waterproofing companies to provide a quote. Andrew from Aqua Tech seemed the most knowledgeable about the required work, gave a clear explanation and did not push us to do more work than was needed. In the end, we had exterior waterproofing done on two full sides of the house. Andrew's team showed up within a few weeks of the order and worked every day until the work was done. They worked quite late a couple of times so that they could let the new coating dry overnight. At the end, they cleaned up all the extra dirt and left my property looking good as new.
