We had previously contacted GTA Wildlife Removal and Pest Control, years ago -- when we moved into our new home and discovered it was mice infested. A couple of years later, we had another issue with army ants, and, called on Troy + Kevin again. Just recently, we moved into a new studio space, and, discovered we had mice issues, so, again, we called upon Troy + Kevin. As always, Kevin arrived asap, took care of the issue and VOILA......no more mice! Of course, Kevin checked back (like they regularly do.....because they're so conscientious), but, the mice problem had already been resolved with his initial visit. Don't bother calling anyone else -- GTA Wildlife Removal and Pest Control is THE BEST!!!!!

Words cannot express how incredibly caring and professional they are……..right down to Raffy taking the initiative to email us a picture of our driveway (upon completion). How thoughtful is that? George is nothing short of INCREDIBLE!!! We moved into a house that needed special attention. The front doors both have center door knobs, which were outdated and in disrepair – George suggested a solution that was not only functional but aesthetically true to the architecture of the house. His knowledge and expertise is unparalleled! The diversity and breadth of work needed was daunting to us, however, George’s reassuring confidence and professionalism was very reassuring. We are absolutely THRILLED and recommend George without hesitation or reservations. Oh, I almost forgot to mention - George ALSO repaired the door (which was loose at the hinges) at NO CHARGE!!! AMAZING!

it would close, but, then, suddenly AND randomly reopen. We booked an appointment for a service call and not only did the service people show up on time, but the WAITED for us - we were delayed in meeting them. Very Pleasant! Very Professional! Very Courteous! Very Knowledgeable! They diagnosed the problem immediately, readjusted the belt, adjusted the pressure sensor and lubricated all of the "moving parts". JOB DONE!!!

Just bought a house and the previous owner neglected to tell us about the mice. We were horrified and completely at a loss. In all of our previous years as Homeowners, we have never had to deal with rodents or vermin of any type. We were referred to GTA and Troy through close friends of ours, who coincidentally had just recently moved into their new home (in Markham) to find mice as well. Troy was such a dream to deal with……he was knowledgeable, professional and kind. He was respectful of the fact that we have two children and two cats – taking the time to assure us that the bait would not come into contact with either the children or the cats. When we called back with questions/concerns, not only was he reassuring on the phone, but, he sent someone out (again) to ensure that the situation was taken care of – that’s dedication. Troy not only resolves the (unpleasant) situation, but, he makes the whole process so much easier on the Homeowner.
