What more can I say, I am super happy. The price was fair the work was done quickly and efficiently they were clean courteous and showed up right on time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

To say I am satisfied is an understatement. I had four quotes to remove a massive silver maple, and prune to large silver maples that hadnt every been maintained but had a lot of damage. Dereks team was professional, had an army show up and did the job efficiently in one day (everyone else said it would take 3 days!!!). Hard working bunch and they did an incredible job. My neighbours marvelled at what they accomplished. I am very glad I went with Derek. They even chopped down a small tree that I had forgotten to mention. I would not hesitate to use these guys again, and I probably will when I need maintenance on my trees. Clearly these are professionals. Were they the cheapest, no, but Id hate to trust a job of this importance to the lowest bidder, rather Dereks price was fair and value for the money. Thanks Derek.---------------------------------------------------------- UPDATE: I had an issue where a couple of pieces of wood left were cut too large for me to move (there was a chain in it making it dangerous to cut) and a sliver of stump was left in the ground buried in the sawdust, easily missed when a tree this large is cut down. Derek sent out his guys to grind out the remaining stump and cut into smaller pieces the remaining large stumps. Thanks Derek, I am really happy.

I got a Wagjag deal that cost me $50 for 10 vents, which is explicitly clear (unlike a previous poster who posted that he didn't find out till they arrived) and they ended up doing 27 vents, so all in all I expected the price I paid in the end. Just to get that out of the way, these guys are top notch. Spent time explaining the inner workings of the furnace, exactly what needs to be cleaned and why, and absolutely no pressure to perform the additional services which I declined. These guys were professional, quick, and delivered as promised. In fact when I made the appointment, they were clear about what they were offering and unlike most duct cleaning companies, there were truly no hidden costs. If you need your ducts cleaned, these guys are a fantastic choice!

Very professional, excellent communication, and solid post cleaning report leaving me comfortable on a job well done. Only complaint is the before pictures were very poor as the flash was concentrated on a beam leaving the rest of the picture dark and difficult to see the dirty area's. That said the after pictures were done right. Overall very satisfied.
