Found online a Bosch dishwasher from CAS at good price and bought it with VISA card. 10 days later they admitted not having it and unable to deliver it. Offered to upgrade my order to a more expensive unit which I didn't want. Another week went by and they still not refunded the purchase price, meanwhile the month ended and I have to pay VISA $766 for the nonexistent dishwasher. Looks like this has to go into VISA Dispute Center to get refunded. Guess what! The dishwasher (call it the catch from now on) still on their website luring customers in. Why did I still gave 2 point after this? I am or rather I was a returning client and previous very satisfied with other purchases.
