ADT Customer service is appalling. Once again recently I have been passed from pillar to post with people promising to call me back to fix an issue that has been going on for over a week. The issue was caused by changes that ADT Pulse made to their system without even the courtesy of informing their customers. One of the technicians shouted at me on the phone, others don't know what they're doing. Unfortunately this isn't the first time I've had this type experience with ADT. I'm leaving them and will never return - I advise you to stay away. Don't waste your money and your time.
