Technician was very friendly. Called in morning to say he had freed up time due to cancellation, could he come now? Was just sitting around so… great. Completed service quickly and efficiently. Put away garden hose and turned off all lights before he left. Explained the results of service before he left.

Phil and Kyle arrived ahead of time and were very friendly and informative throughout the process. The before and after pictures provide clear proof of their work. Haven't had my ducts cleaned in over 16 years. Perhaps I'll be more regular now.

Contacted Sylvain in July. He came and provided an estimate including several suggestions for modifying current layout of downspouts. He explained the difference between 4 and 5 inch as well as the advantage of leaf/ice guards. very impressed with his presentation. Contracted him to do the work and he completed the job including cleanup and with no added charges. Very well done Sylvain.
