George was very prompt in arriving for our first appointment. He gave a very thorough and professional explanation (including a short video) about the work to be done. He also noticed that the bathroom vent had become detached and agreed to repair it without any additional cost. The workmen arrived on time, were polite and efficient and invited me to inspect the work once completed. I also appreciated the careful post-job clean-up. The price quoted was half of what some other companies had estimated. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Attic Insulation Experts to others.

Two years agoI had eavestroughing replaced by two inexperienced installers (not from North Shore!) who did a rather inexpert job. They simply removed the old troughs and put in new ones in exactly the same way without considering the best configuration for my home. A year later, I had a new type of leaf guard added on. Both eavestroughs and gutter guard proved to be inadequate and unsuitable for my needs. I called in North Shore and had Darren do a thorough assessment of my situation. He made excellent suggestions that met my requirements exactly. He was very professional and explained everything clearly. He also listened patiently to my worries. He took photos to show me areas of particular concern. The job, which was followed by a complete walk-through, was done exactly as described. Even though I took a financial hit by having the previous work redone, I am so much happier and more confident about the reliability of the eavestroughs and leaf guards. Thank you so much to Darren for the outstanding work and to Laura in the office who also listened to my concerns with such sympathy!

I chose this company based on the reviews. They did respond quickly and were able to book a date for the work almost immediately. I think there needs to be more communication between the person who does the assessment and estimate and the work crew. I had some requests and concerns, which the workmen were not aware of. They also knocked out the power on my outside plug but did not know how to fix it. The estimator came out a second time to make some requested changes.

I enjoyed dealing with Artur who proved to be very knowledgeable and personable. He listened to my requests and made helpful suggestions that would be most suited to my needs. I only hesitate to give him 10 out of 10 because I was left to deal with old electrical fixtures etc. I had to pay extra garbage fees to have it hauled away. I would have greatly appreciated it if such matters could have been dealt with also.

I bought an older home recently with the original 1950's doors and windows, which were incredibly ugly and draughty. Clera replaced them with beautiful, new versions that make the house look so much more up-to-date and modern. The installers, Ramesh and his partner worked very long days to get the work finished and left my home clean and tidy afterwards. I greatly appreciated that they asked for my input whenever possible. My only hesitation in giving the company a 10 out 10 is that the doors took so long in arriving. After ordering everything in May, the doors finally arrived at the end of August. Otherwise, I was very satisfied with the quality of the product and service.
