I am signed up with a yearly maintenance plan for our 15 year old furnace. Enercare provides a yearly maintenance service call which they reminded me of several times by email. When I didn’t respond to their 2nd email they called me to book an appointment. Being busy (as we all are) I’m not sure that I would have gotten to it for a while. The technician that came was one that had come in the past. He was professional, responsible and courteous and made sure that the furnace was in proper working order. Very happy for the yearly Enercare service call.

This is the second time that we have used 5 Star for carpet cleaning and both times Bob & Daniel have done an exemplary job. The rugs (1 10' x 12' off white and 2 5' x 7 ' patterned) have been returned in pristine condition and they even put back the furniture! Bob delivered on his promise that the rugs would be ready in one week. I would definitely use 5 Star the next time that we need our rugs cleaned & scotch guarded.

Dryer stopped working - a board was blown. As usual, Matt was honest in his opinion of repair vs purchase of a new appliance. He strongly felt that in this instance it was worthwhile to repair the dryer. As soon as the part came in an appointment was scheduled. Excellent, efficient and tidy workmanship. It always a pleasure to do work with Pro Appliance - from the first call in to the end product/repair.

Once white 12 x 12 area rug. 3 kids. 1 dog. Bob came, removed the rug for a thorough cleaning at the shop and brought it back 6 days later in pristine condition - better than new! Bob and his helper were very professional, timely, thorough, genuinely nice and even helped move (and replace too) the pieces of furniture that we couldn't move on our own. I would not hesitate to recommend this company's services for either area or wall to wall carpets.
