I am signed up with a yearly maintenance plan for our 15 year old furnace. Enercare provides a yearly maintenance service call which they reminded me of several times by email. When I didn’t respond to their 2nd email they called me to book an appointment. Being busy (as we all are) I’m not sure that I would have gotten to it for a while.
The technician that came was one that had come in the past. He was professional, responsible and courteous and made sure that the furnace was in proper working order.
Very happy for the yearly Enercare service call.
