Three years ago we had Francis Home Environment install a new furnace and air conditioner and have had regular maintenance performed on them ever since. I called Francis Home Environment Saturday morning after we noticed that our air conditioner had stopped working. They promised to have someone out to look at it as soon as possible and they were booking appointments for 7pm but would send someone as soon as they were available. The service technician, Tim Wong arrived in the afternoon and quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty pressure switch. He had to order the switch and said I would be contacted to arrange an installation date. Francis Home Environment called me this morning (Monday) and we agreed to have the repairs completed today between 1 & 3pm. Tim Wong arrived as scheduled, installed the new switch, tested it and had our air conditioner up and running in no time. Tim was quick, thorough and answered all of our questions. I would recommend Francis Home Environment to anyone looking for air conditioning service. All work was completed free under our extended warranty.

We just had our furnace serviced by Paul Boyer today as part of our service agreement. I would highly recommend Paul if you’re looking for a great HVAC technician; he is very knowledgeable, fast, efficient and thorough at his work. While he was here, he also helped us fine tune our programmable thermostat to be more efficient.

We recently had a pre-purchase inspection performed by Manjur. He was very thorough and detailed in his work. I especially liked the thermal imaging camera that Manjur used to pinpoint areas of missing insulation and potential heat loss problems. He was punctual, very professional and friendly. There is no need to take notes during the inspection as his report and the digital pictures (that were emailed to us) are a complete timeline of the inspection. I can clearly see why he is rated so highly on Homestars. I have recommended him to friends and family.

Like other reviewers, I contacted David based on the great reviews on Homestars. I needed some minor electrical repairs to be completed by the next day to meet a purchase agreement condition on our home. David saved the day. Although this was last minute, he booked us in and completed the work on time as promised. I will definitely be calling David for all of our future electrical needs. He is very professional and thorough in his work. Highly recommended.
