Jeff came to do the drain and faucet work for a new shower that was being installed. There were some unexpected issues to do with the installation and he gave excellent advice to my contractor about how to make sure the work was done properly. I really appreciate the time he took to make sure that everything was done well!

I had a contractor replacing my shower, and he tried to put in a ventilation fan but it didn't work. The power to the washroom was too low - the lights and fan wouldn't work at the same time. The wiring was knob and tube that hadn't been seen on the home inspection, totally messy and unsafe, and we didn't know about it until we opened up the drywall. I called Mario at Coppersol and he assessed the situation and two days later came back with Luis and they rewired everything properly and the washroom lights and fan are great now. I really like that when getting the wires down to the circuit panel in the basement they managed to do it with minimal cuts in the drywall. He also noticed that I didn't have a potlight, which I'd been thinking about. He put one in that morning as well. Very positive experience.

We had Cozy World come by two years ago and replace our furnace, and Boris was great. He showed up on time, walked me through what was going to happen, and everything went perfectly. So when our old air conditioner broke, I called him again. This time, there was a hitch. When checking out the furnace area, Boris noticed that our water heater was leaking. Since I was about to leave the country for a week, he walked me through absolutely everything that I needed to do to get it replaced right away. Then he got his crew to come over on a Saturday on short notice to remove the old water heater plus install the new water heater and AC unit, since he knew how worried I was that it would break and flood our basement. But when the crew came, it turns out I got the wrong heater for the space. I was already gone to the U.S. at that point, and my wife was taking care of our sick six year old daughter, and the weather was terrible. So the installer from Cozy World went out into the freezing rain, went to multiple spots to find the right water heater for us, and then brought it back and installed it! My wife said they were true professionals who went above and beyond. I want to say how grateful we are for all their help - I highly, highly recommend Cozy World!

My house had rats come in from the back of our house in 2011, which was really stressful. I really liked the first person who came and fixed an opening at the outside of the house under our deck, etc., but it was very expensive. The initial service seem to work, but the rats came back two years later. The guarantee that they would return for free if rats came again was not honored. I produced rat droppings, and showed a drawing of what my wife had just seen in my kitchen (a rat, obviously) the worker said the droppings were old and they didn't believe her. They placed traps and charged us $435 to check them, then when they caught nothing in the next week, they said it was proof that no rats were there. Then after a few months, another rat was caught with their trap. So they were wrong. At that point, I realized that if I called them again, they were just going to charge me another $400 or so just for showing up. I do not recommend them at all, I did not appreciate being disbelieved and then charged more for a very expensive service that didn't work. Tonight, I got woken up by loud sounds in my kitchen and really loud squeaking. Looks like the rats are back. This is very stressful, we have a toddler in the house now. I recommend avoiding this company, and going to a company that believes its customers and delivers what it says it will.
