We've had brand new appliances for under one year so when the dishwasher stopped washing, we were very concerned. A quick visit from Whirlpool told us the unit was fine so it had to be the plumbing. As per his previous visit to our home, Valentin answered my text message right away, showed up on time the very next morning and with speed and accuracy, the problem was solved. Thank you, Valentin! You are definitely our go-to guy!

Valentin promptly answered by message on Sunday and arrived first thing Monday morning, armed with the shower head and hardware I had requested. The shower was not just leaking, but running very badly. Valentin was a true expert. He was prompt, clean, polite and obvious a true expert in his field as he found the problem, replaced the old fixture and advised us of what would be required in the future as is it a very old bathroom. We couldn't be happier with the service and price paid. We will be using Valentin again and recommending them to all our friends and family.

We contacted Metrowest for the installation of four appliances for our new kitchen. Nick responded promptly to the email, quoted a fair price and set a tentative week for installation (based on the other trades being finished). To our delight and after finding out his skill set, he was also able to install new bathroom fans where none existed before. Nick was always easily reachable for any questions, was flexible in changes to the schedule and behaved more like an older brother then just a hired hand. Nick and Pat completed the work expertly and were a pleasure to meet and have in our home. Thank you, Nick for such amazing and kind service.

Gary, Dorian and the installation team made the entire process of replacing all the eaves and downspouts painless. From the initial contact, to acquiring a quote, to having the work done (to perfection) this will go down as the most efficient home repair we've ever done. As well as the function, it was nice to have recommendations on placing downspouts in different and more aesthetically pleasing places and color choices.
