Valentin promptly answered by message on Sunday and arrived first thing Monday morning, armed with the shower head and hardware I had requested.
The shower was not just leaking, but running very badly. Valentin was a true expert. He was prompt, clean, polite and obvious a true expert in his field as he found the problem, replaced the old fixture and advised us of what would be required in the future as is it a very old bathroom.
We couldn't be happier with the service and price paid. We will be using Valentin again and recommending them to all our friends and family.
