Less than 24 hours after I called him, Steve fixed my 12-year-old dryer, explained in clear and simple terms what was wrong with it, and took it upon himself to perform a few preventative measures to ensure I don't have other problems down the road. When a crucial appliance breaks, that's exactly what you want: fast, reliable service from a knowledgeable and honest person who goes the extra mile and doesn't rip you off. Also important: Steve gave me a 2 hour time window, told me he thought he'd arrive at the beginning of it, and he actually did! How often does that happen in this day and age? Rarely if ever, which is why I'll only use Brannan's in the future.

Andrew's boxes made my move the most painless ever. No taping, and the boxes are so strong you don't have to pack them all that well. Just throw your stuff in and it will be fine at the other end. Even better, Andrew made three separate deliveries of boxes, all last minute notice, always cheerfully and efficiently. He also recommended an awesome mover, Zaid. Cityboxes is the only way to move.

I've moved 13 times in the past 25 years. This was by far my easiest move, and the best value for money, ever. Zaid, Daniel, Dan and Home showed up and moved me in six hours flat, door to door; the last move took 12. Without being asked, they disassembled furniture, wrapped everything so it was protected, rolled up rugs and on the other end, reassembled everything, laid down rugs and placed furniture. They were cheerful, smart, professional, extremely hard working and highly competent, easily figuring out to move huge items in and out of very tight spaces. They took the pain out of moving day, went the extra mile and then some for me, and I can't think of a single criticism. I will definitely hire them again.
