I called John as our toilet was making hammering/piping noise. He was quick to reply, gave us a quote, date and time that he could come for repair. He was very efficient and the whole process was fast and smooth. No more hammering/piping noise since then. I know I can always rely on John and would highly recommend him.

We called John after discovering water underneath our kitchen sink. We found out our faucet was the problem and we replaced it with a new one. Unfortunatly it kept leaking. It was during the Christmas break and it’s difficult to find someone who’s willing to come. We took and sent some photos to John and he gave us a quote. He came, identified the problems, and fixed everything for us. He was professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Thank you John!

We had some renovations done in our house and wanted to clean our ducts. We chose Dave's based on their excellent reviews on Homestars. Our experience with them was wonderful! Stanley was very helpful in booking, and kept moving us up when there's cancelation which we really appreciated it. Marc and Kevin arrived on time and Marc explained to us what the procedure would be and answered all of our questions. Originally I wanted to clean my dryer vent and central vacuum as well. Marc examined both for us and told us they're working really well and we didn't have to clean them yet. He also showed us before and after photos of the ducts. They did a really good job and they were professional, friendly and knowledgable. We would highly recommend their service!

Our neighbours and we got several quotes and decided to go with City Roofing. Peter is very knowledgable and his team is professional and efficient. He personally came to check the roof to make sure it's okay when the job was done. He used a metal detector to grab all the nails for us as we were concerned with our children stepping on them. One day after a windy and rainy day our aluminum fascia cover was falling off. Our builder didn't do a good job nailing it in. I called Peter and he came to take a look within an hour, and came the following day to fix it for us!!!! We have recommended Peter to our friends and they also are happy with their new roof and his customer service. Thank you Peter and team!

I backed out of the garage when the door wasn't fully opened. The bottom panel was bent and the rollers came off the railing. We called Markham Garage Doors and they said we needed to replace the panel after they saw the photos we sent them. Adam was efficient and knowledgable. We are very happy with his service.

My bathroom floor was wet and I found out that there's water leaking from the toilet. I left Valentin a message early in the morning and he called back within an hour. He came to my home after lunch. He told me what the problem was, showed me the wornout/defective valve, and told me how things work. He even fixed the chain connected to the flapper so now I finally have the right amount of water for flushing! He's professional, friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend Strong Plumbing!

Our home started to have some burned smell in every room. I found out that it was coming from our furnace. It happened around late afternoon and I started making phone calls for someone to come and take a look. I had no luck with the first few companies - nobody was willing to come so late or I had to leave my number for someone to call me back the next day. Fortunately Nima agreed to come and it was a big relief! He arrived after dinner and explained to me that our motor was broken. He fixed everything quickly and our furnace has been working just fine since then. He's a hard working and skilled technician and I was very happy with his service.

This is a great company with skilled, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Kevin and Chris came to fix our garage doors in the Summer when the springs and rollers came off. They clearly explained to us what's wrong, and warned us that the doors (came with the builder) might not last long. Two months later our doors just stopped working and we had to get new ones. We were choosing between two companies and decided to go with Kevin. He answered all our questions quickly and assured us that the installers would all be experienced and trained. Their price was very reasonable and they didn't push us for anything extra. Brandon and Ryan came to install the doors and they were fast, professional and even child friendly! My little children insisted in watching and kept asking questions. They were patient and didn't get annoyed and even gave them a high five! Don't need to waste time to get quotes from other companies! Just go with Kevin and his team!

Jacob & Rose are very impressive cleaners! Jacob did a great job with our bathrooms and our fridge looked new after Rose cleaned it. She even rearranged some shelves so we could fit more tall bottles! Who knew! They scrubbed our kitchen floor to the point that it actually looked like we just installed it. We totally forgot what the clean tiles supposed to look like! Although other cleaning companies we've tried are not bad, Jacob & Rose are better as they are not just professinoal, but also friendly, and their price is very resonable. We would recommend them to anyone!

Kayland Construction Concepts did a complete basement finish for us and we couldn’t say enough good things about Dino and his team. They were professional, reliable and trustworthy from the initial phone call to the end of the project. Dino was very helpful in suggestion options, ideas and workarounds. His attention to detail showed throughout every aspect of the project. The quality of workmanship was outstanding! Through each step of the renovation, Dino took the time to explain to us which made the process interesting and educational. He also went beyond the call of duty to help us with other issues in our home. He created minimal mess and inconvenience for us and was very clean and tidy. Having young children in the house Dino was so patience and understanding with them too. We felt comfortable with Dino and his team in our home as they were all very professional. Our children actually miss “Uncle Dino”! We got a building permit from the city and all the inspectors who came actually commented Dino’s great work as well. Our basement is beautiful and we are very happy with it. We would not go with anyone else for any of our future home improvements. We would highly recommend Kayland to anyone! W&D Markham

Our side-by-side Whirlpool fridge wasn't working properly for a while. We called a repair guy, and he came three times in a week and it's still not fixed. Based on the great review we called Aubrey. He came, told to us what the problem was, and explained to us clearly what he was doing every step of the way. He also told us what to do/not do to avoid future problems. It's been a couple months and our fridge is working great! Price was very competitive, and for sure saved us alot of money to have to buy a new fridge. I would highly recommend Aubrey and would not hesitate to call him if we have other appliance problems.

I called Kevin and he came the same day to provide treatments for our ant problem. He sprayed our whole house plus our front and back lawn. He's friendly, efficient and his price was very reasonable. He said, "just give me a call anytime!" How nice is that! My neighbour also used his service and was very happy with it. I would highly recommend Kevin and wouldn't hesitate to call him again.
