Last year, I called Demark to install a tankless water heater in my home. Mike was awesome - he guided me in choosing the appropriate tank for my home and needs, and was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. I have since contacted Demark with questions and they are always super kind and helpful. Most importantly, Mike is extremely honest and his employees are always friendly and reliable. I would highly recommend them for either purchasing or renting HVAC needs for your home.

As a female homeowner, I always find it very stressful and often difficult to find honest, reasonable and exceptionally good repair people. Joe is this guy, and more. First of all, I knew he was honest and kind from our first conversation. He genuinely wants to help, and is also incredibly knowledgeable - I think Joe could fix just about anything! He knew right away what the problem was and was kind enough to alter his plans in order to get my washer repaired quickly. He knew exactly what he was doing and did an amazing job for a very fair price (the part that needed replacing was the bulk of the cost). Not only that, he is really smart - it was obvious to me that he doesn't just repair things - he understands the details about how things work and has a genuine passion and mathematical brain that go way beyond any other "appliance guy" I have ever encountered. Joe is an intelligent, kind, and very honest man. I will never hire anyone else for any of my appliance repairs and would highly recommend him without any reservations. Thanks so much, Joe.

I wrote a review several months ago about my new kitchen. I just want to add today that these people are reliable and they totally back up their work. Sam is the most honest, fair and helpful salesman I've met in a long time. I can tell you that he does not forget his clients - I had a small issue with the countertop and Sam took care of it ASAP. Sam, thank you so much! I would not hesitate to recommend Sam to anyone thinking of renovating. He is a true professional.

We have used Edmunds for our roof twice over the past many years, and have always had a very positive experience. This spring I needed 2 skylights replaced as they were leaking. Steve Wilcox was extremely knowledgeable and really pleasant to deal with. Everything went well and the entire process was efficient and stress free. It went so well that I decided to replace 3 windows soon after. Steve Gibson came out and gave me a very reasonable estimate, and the installers (Kevin and Jean) were wonderful. These guys are professional, extremely pleasant and incredibly good at what they do. I would not hesitate to recommend Edmunds for roofing and/or windows. They are refreshingly honest and hard working. Kay in the office is also fantastic - always helpful, organized and lovely to deal with. Thanks so much to all of you!

If you need post holes for a fence or a deck, these are the people you want for the job. We have used them more than once because they are reliable, honest and they do fantastic work! As a huge extra bonus, they are really great to deal with as well. These guys know what they are doing and I would not hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to my friends and family. I went with AHM Designers on recommendation of a friend. Sam and his team were professional and knowledgeable, and I am very happy with the final result. When I had some concerns with timing and installation, Sam was extremely helpful and always returned my calls right away. The cabinet installers did an amazing job and came back to correct a few minor issues. The cabinet installers, Rooban and Kokulan: These amazing men are true professionals - they are reliable, honest and hard working. I truly appreciate their integrity. I have been thinking about how to tell my "story" since I found these AMAZING people at Impact Plumbing. I am a single Mom, I know absolutely nothing about plumbing and I felt so vulnerable when none of my neighbours could recommend a good plumber. My laundry sink was not draining and although a friend tried to snake it, it became apparent that this was a more serious drain problem. In desperation, I looked up reviews for plumbers in Scarborough. I could not find one negative comment for these guys, and now I know why. Shawn diagnosed my problem over the phone, but came over after work, on his own time to have a look. This guy is incredible - his passion and enthusiasm for his work is infectious! He is an absolute joy to deal with and is probably the most intelligent, positive and optimistic soul on the planet. After meeting him I had complete confidence and knew I was in good hands. His team came out to fix my drain on a hot, summer Saturday, out of the goodness of their hearts. Matt and Noah were brilliant. Matt was lovely and knew exactly what he was doing, right down to the beautiful concrete repair in my basement. Noah was such a hard worker, quiet and sweet and polite. When the job was finished I honestly felt like I was saying good-bye to family! These guys are honest, kind and absolutely FANTASTIC plumbers. I cannot believe how lucky I was to find them and I won't be hiring anyone else for any other plumbing issues I have, in this house or otherwise. Thank you guys SO much! I am truly grateful for all of your kind attention and hard work.

I needed to replace two very old, inefficient and potentially dangerous gas fireplaces in my home. I was absolutely dreading it, given that I know nothing about gas fireplaces and had no idea what all of this would involve. Kastle is close by so I started with them, and the great news is that I didn't have to look any further. They were AMAZING. Doug Davie came by first to assess my situation and offer good advice and suggestions in order replace my units safely, easily and within my budget. He was extremely attentive to all of my concerns and questions, and immediately made me feel at ease. It is obvious that he loves his job - he spends as much time with a customer as necessary - and this was even before he knew I would go through with the work. He is truly an honest, hard working guy who clearly knows his stuff. I didn't even bother to look elsewhere. The crew arrived on time, as scheduled, and these men also made me feel completely confident and at ease - they did not hesitate to get started, obviously knew exactly how to proceed, offered their excellent advice when asked, and completed both fireplaces without any problems. They were careful to clean up any debris and my house was left neat and tidy. I was so relieved and grateful. Toni and Sophia in the office are super friendly; everyone in this company seems to be carefully hired, not only for skills but also for personality - they all seem to genuinely enjoy what they do. It is so refreshing! I admit, I was very nervous to enter into this project but Kastle made it easy. Most importantly, my new fireplaces look fantastic and are ready to go in plenty of time before the snow flies! Thank you Doug, and everyone at Kastle!
