So I decide to cancel my alarm services cause I'm moving and also cause their service sucks. When I called they told me I'm stuck in a 3 yr contract and I can't cancel, that I will have to pay for the remaining year. So they are basically asking me to pay for services I'm not going to use. They say I can totally transfer it to the new house provided I sign another 3 yr contract with them! How does that make sense! Now I have internet and tv services with bell, they are going to transfer the same account to the new house not ask me to sign a new 3 yr contract. This company is a total rip off. They don't care about their customers. They only care about money.

I ordered a coffee table(Picasso) at heartland, Mississauga. When I opened the box the product was damaged at various places. When I called the store to ask them if I can come and return it they said to call back cause the manager was busy. When I called back the manager didn't even care to come on the phone or offer any apologies. The person on the phone just told me they cant do anything and I will have to email them the pictures and wait for their response which might take a week or so. What a headache and a waste of time! Worst customer service ever. Don't waste your time and go somewhere else.
