I started working with Fiber Protect in 1999. Over the years, their annual cleaning and protection of my upholstery, carpets, and area rugs, have been instrumental in maintaining my homes. With children, cats and dogs, occasionally there are stains too stubborn to come out, so I have needed to call their After Care Spotting Service. They are quick to respond and to work their magic on those stains! Thank you, Jeff, and your team for your continual excellent service. I highly recommend them!

Dave Thomas, at the Dufflaw Toronto location, is exceptionally knowledgeable (his father had an appliance store!), helpful, honest, friendly and goes that extra mile to ensure the customer is satisfied. (He spent hours with me!) It's the second appliance I've purchased with his help.

Steve has helped me over the past 20 year with various issues - washing machines, stand up freezer, fridge. He is honest, fair, punctual, returns calls promptly, lays out all the facts (both good & bad), gives excellent estimates, and gives solid info about any new purchases you may have to make. I was frustrated with salesmen in my quest to replace my fridge, until I happened to ask Dave a question. What luck! Not only was he patient, caring and communicative, but extremely knowledgeable of available products both in the store and what's available to order (his father owned an appliance store so he knows his stuff inside out!). Although he was trying to leave early to go away with his family for the weekend, he took time to explain everything to me until i was confident re making a decision. I am so grateful for his help. Steve Brannan has helped me with my appliances for over 20 years (washers, dryers, fridges, dishwashers). I trust his judgement, as he always has the homeowner in mind, with respect to repair costs versus replacement versus just letting the appliance die and avoid unnecessary costs. If replacement is necessary, he will discuss the best route to take. On the phone he gives great advice, return calls promptly, and schedules a visit ASAP. He is very personable, knowledgeable, organized and punctual. I highly recommend him!
