Valentin has been incredible. He communicates very well and is extremely approachable. He addressed our clogged kitchen sink in a matter or minutes and recommended strainers to avoid the situation from happening again. I am grateful for his quality service, overall delivery and expertise. He truly goes above and beyond and addresses your questions/concerns, even if he has to come back to you. Highly recommend!

Nathan and his team did a fantastic job with our curb appeal. The team replaced the garage floor, rebuilt an existing and leaning retaining wall, and installed new stairs, an interlock sidewalk and an asphalt driveway. The communication throughout the process was on time, and the team accommodated our asks. It was challenging when they had to build around the existing structures, but they always found a way to do it for us. While there were difficult times outside the teams control (city-wide concrete shortage, for example), I always felt that I was treated as their only customer. The renovation/build process took about 2.5 months, but look at the pictures; the outcome speaks for itself.

Nick and Ata have been incredible. I can say nothing but great words about their approach, workmanship and execution. Throughout the process, the communication was excellent; I always knew what's coming, when, and so on. They even built a little ramp between the garage and our storage room to address uneven floor levels. The garage floor now has a consistent, even look. This team used high-quality materials and was always on time. I will bring them back for future projects!

Thomas is an approachable, hard working individual. He listens and has good recommendations. He built a retaining wall and put down natural patio stones for us. Our communication was transparent from the beginning all the way until the project was finished.

Our chimney was deteriorating and the previous owner of the house covered it with stucco. I reached out to Aaron at he immediately turned himself into action and sent Bob for an onsite assessment. From the get go Bob explained the process and when the day for the rebuild came the work was done within a day! After the guys left, I couldn't even tell they were there - not a single dust particle was left behind. They cleaned up like nothing happened. I am super happy with the final product - the new chimney looks awesome! I can only recommend A1 Quality Chimney if you need any kind of chimney rebuild/repair needs. They are corteous, professional and polite.

Harris did a fantastic job on out shed. The bottom part of the roof was rotten and he fixed it nicely. The materials he uses is top grade. He has a great variety of selection when it comes to colour options. Harris was courteous and explained what needs to be fixed and what was fine. He’s a great guy with a good sense of humour.

We had to deal with a clogged kitchen sink. I tried everything I could, liquids, baking soda with vinegar, tireless plunging; nothing worked. I called Award Plus Plumbing, and it turned out be an excellent decision! Will arrived on time (he gave me a courtesy call 30 minutes before his arrival) and spent two-hours with removing the clogged water and snaking down the pipes. I was shocked that he had to use almost 30' of the snake! It would not have been possible for me to unclog the drain – we needed his expertise and equipment. Will explained the process, or whenever I had questions, he was kind enough to answer those. After he left I couldn’t tell that anything happened – he cleaned the sink, and we were so happy to use it again! Thanks, Will – You Rock! I can only recommend Award Plus Plumbing!

Sam's team did a phenomenal job in our house. Starting with the quote the professionalism they demonstrated all the way to the execution was great. Out coil had started leaking and while the external unit could have been used for a few more years we bit the bullet and had Convertible Heating and AC to replace everything. We made the right decision! When the old coil was removed it turned out the manufacturing year was 1988! Kamil, who installed the unit was very knowledgeable, courteous and explained everything to me. Special requests were accommodated (like adjusting the line so it has a nice, esthetic look). Top notch folks - they're highly recommended!

Fast. Clean. On budget. Abraham is the man! HIGHLY recommended!! He did carpets our stairs and in the basement. Also, accomodated last minute changes. I would definitely use him again!

Shane came to our house and did an absolutely phenomenal job! He took his time, carefully ran those big air hoses and cleaned the system. When I had questions he explained the process and provided best practices. It took him about 2.5 hours to finish with everything and I can assure you - he did a thorough job. At the end he sanitized the system to prevent any unwanted issues before we cranked up the system for winter heating. HIGHLY recommended - don't trust those cheap guys - this company knows what they're doing and have the right gear for the job. Thank you again!

Adrian did an absolutely phenomenal job; he ran both Cat6 and Coax cables across our 2-storey house. He has been very professional, arrived on time and worked non-stop until the job was fully done. He had to overcome several challenges (fishing cables to the attic, cutting old plaster just to name a few) and all of my requests were accommodated. If I had a question, he explained everything, highlighted the pros and cons. At the end he installed 4 TV outlets, 5 Ethernet connections, cleaned up the old cables that were running on the side of the house. I highly-highly recommend his services!
