The service was how you wish every job was like. Made a call for an inspection. Got a call back the same day with a scheduled date and time. Arthur and his team member arrived, assessed the situation and provided an estimate all in the most respectful and professional manner. There was no rush or pressure to do the work, which was greatly appreciated. Both before and after photos were provided and everything taken care while onsite. Dealing with a typical kitchen sink blockage I called WaterWorks primarily because I had a great experience in the past. Upon calling, I was told Aaron would be assigned to my issue and then received an email with Aaron's picture and confirmation. You cant imagine what a great touch that is and shows they know how to manage the customers expectation. When Aaron arrived he diagnosed the problem and suggested a course of action and reviewed the price list. He was also very clear to outline that given the issue, it could be revisited depending on what issues present themselves. Being your average customer, I picked the cheapest option thinking the prices were a bit steep. Fast forward, it became clear that the issue was much larger than initially thought and would require a bigger solution, however, Aaron kept me involved and didn't do a single thing till I had agreed and understood everything. The main issue was solved and requires a followup, but throughout the 2 or so hours, the amount of work Aaron put in, the courtesy and professionalism he displayed and the way he walked me through everything (especially not getting flustered by the 10,000 questions I asked) confirmed that the price I was paying was a bargain! I would recommend WaterWorks to anyone and anytime. Keep up the great work and a special shoutout to Natasha who handles all the calls and customer questions for calling 10 minutes after Aaron had left to check up on how things went. Hope your boss is reading this.

Having used the service time and time again, it's refreshing to see the consistent results each time. The staff is ALWAYS courteous, professional and on time. I would highly recommend them for any junk removal job you have. Used their service atleast 4 times in the last 6 year and each time it was great service, without fail. Which is rare nowadays.

My story is simple. AC bought in 2007. Meticulous and timely install. Great work. Bought two extended warranties for the furnace and the AC. Had a problem with the AC twice and after repeatedly proving that I had an extended warranty, the work was done. This summer, I guess the good faith ran out. After 5 calls, 2 voicemails, emailing them a copy of the warranty (funny how they didn't have it on file) repeatedly emails on the hottest week with no AC, I finally gave up and called a third party. My issue, honestly, is not that the work wasn't done nor that the AC is possibly a lemon. My issue was also not waiting. All I wanted, which I made clear in my messages time and time again, was the common courtesy of a reply. Even if it was "Hey, we're busy, we'll send someone out in 15 days". I even held off writing the review. Alas, 17 days since the last message and still no response. So to someone looking for AC and Furnaces, by all means, Applewood will do a great job of installation and the price will be competitive. However, if it breaks, don't hold your breath.

I had a leak in the ceiling in the living room and called a couple of plumbing companies listed here and with higher ratings. I was met with the same indifference when I asked a question about the drywall that they would have to cut into, especially from one who said, "Er, Sir, we're a plumbing company, not a drywall company". Yes, it was true, but someone in my field who doesn't have to deal with ceilings or walls etc is just looking for information, WITHOUT the attitude. Anyhow. My experience with Waterworks was simple. I called, was met with a very polite person who scheduled my appointment and answered all my mundane questions. Mike showed up on time and did a thorough analysis and found the issue to be a faulty toilet. Mike gave me all the options ranging from fixing the existing toilet to installing a brand new one and I always got the impression that it was totally my call and not some heavy handed sales push. Mike takes great pride in his work and also on the customer experience and it comes across loud and clear. He went above and beyond also caulking areas in my other washroom just as a precaution only because he saw it and had a caulking gun handy. Not what you usually expect. I would recommend WaterWorks anytime and especially have Mike whose attention to detail was superb. Thanks!

Like anyone, I was hesitant at the $350 fee and prepaid estimate but given that my prior call to another roofer had resulted in a $300 All-in estimate BUT was based on the guy giving me that estimate based on what he saw of my house on Google maps I figured atleast this couldnt be any worse. That was until I saw the report and thorough detail. The whole team, JP, Michael and Lynne, were extremely thorough and professional and totally no pressure in their approach. All the options were explained and facts provided so I could make the best and most educated decision possible. I chose to go for a permanent fix given the sorry work my builder had done and JP was thorough and did a great job. I keep trying to find issues but still can't. I would definitely recommend them.

Looking around for a security camera install company, I came across Skywire at Homestars and given the positive feedback, decided to call on them. From my initial meeting, to the install, Paul and Chris were total pros at what they do and both were not only subject matter experts but extremely courteous and respectful throughout the process. In most cases out there, you, as a customer usually have to sacrifice in some aspect, i.e. good product but ok service, or vice versa. In Skywire's case, I got excellent service along with a superb product! No compromise needed. I couldn't be more satisfied and recommend them wholeheartedly.
