Pay monthly for furnace plan. Scheduled maintenance call to do standard checks. Technician came and did most of tests but needed to come back for final test. Provided date and time. That morning Enercare called to say people called in sick could they come later in day. We agreed. They did not show so called customer service . First person said they saw note that technician called and no answer. There was no call - we were home waiting. Second person then said no record of appointment. Have email confirm of it. Two days invested so far in simple maintenance call and not done.

Indra Khadka is a friendly and accommodating plumbing technician. He arrived promptly and did a great job getting me back into the laundry business! He accommodated coming back the next day for the power flush which he recommended the first day. I highly recommend both the company and Indra in particular. The concrete stairs look great (time will determine lasting power but seems approach took into account agreed standards). The team worked really hard with difficult excavating conditions (soil and rock). They fixed a couple things for free- downspout that was detached, gunk removed from where old awning was above door. Some minor glitches not worth detailing. Overall - happy with results and it was a pleasant experience.
