Many contractors do "Good Jobs". Many have good ratings. Some have reasonable pricing. Some are not lawyers, giving no-end of exceptions to the price they are quoting. Few have prompt service. Fewer keep you informed and updated. Fewer still combine all these as Michael does. I have spent the time to write this review because I believe Quality First Roofing deserves a call from you.

There are cheaper metal roofs out there and they look cheap. This roof looks real good! Go see a few roofs done by the competition and compare with jobs done by Vassa. You will see the difference. Frankly, I didn't want to spend the cost for a new roof, especially since I'll probably sell my home in a few years as I downsize. However, three wind storms this spring blew asphalt shingles off my roof and that started my quest. This was a major learning project involving quotes from some 12 contractors with a very wide spread in quality and pricing. I am glad with my choice of Vassa Enterprise for Quality, Beauty, Value, Workmanship, Warranty, and now Peace of Mind! Thanks Tony and Crew for a very Professional experience.

Beaver paving gave us a good job at a reasonable price within our time line. While asphalt is their forte they also did a great job with interlock and concrete flooring. I have learned to trust that Charlie, one of the owners, has a keen eye for the lay of the land and the appropriate slope for the paving. Four previous quotes would have had the paving sloped differently. Thanks Charlie you were correct.

John, one of the owners gives a very competitive pricing. Many times during the job I was asked if all was ok and if they had missed anything. They are very reasonable and did not jump at every opportunity to charge for small changes. There were a few different types of jobs to be done but all were done competently. Nikola did an excellent job of removing old slate and relaying flagstone on my veranda. Also importantly, Eugene and the crew did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. This company is the fourth to do work on my home in the last 9 months and I am rating them highly because, for flagstone and general outside work in the yard they are stellar. They do what you ask without nickel-and-diming you and cheerfully give you an excellent job, and at a good price. Ten stars!

You have read it in other reviews, they are good! Alec and crew are excellent carpenters and gentlemen. So hard to find gentlemen working in the trades today. Their pricing was very competitive. Work ethics was tops. Materials used were hand picked. Even small details mattered to these guys. They listen to your wishes and then some.
