In August of 2015, we had doors and windows installed by Clera in Scarborough. We had three doors and two windows installed. Our installers were very professional and courteous. We were content with the finished product. In mid December I noticed a draft at the patio and then saw daylight where the insulation is. Yuri our installer was very meticulous with his work, so I was surprised that there was a leak . All other doors and windows installed in August were fine. My wife called and texted our agent, and called the office. I then called and he called me. I was agreeable to him coming that evening of the call or the next night and he did not show either. Apparently a message was left, on my cell phone. I wrote a negative review along with photos in HomeStars and when it finally went thru, our agent’s conduct became exemplary. He was there that evening. Our agent arranged to get an installer to correct the door as soon as possible , which was two days later. There is no draft at that door now and we are quite pleased and thankful that Roddy and Yuri came by and had the draft on the door fixed along with a corrective measure to ensure the door retains its tight insulation. We have had no problems with the other windows and doors installed by Clera

I found the communications from Michael to be outstanding. He answered emails promptly, courteously and professionally. The information from the email was passed on the rep jd. We have had other companies or individuals try to fix the leaks. It was suggested, by a roof repair person several months before we contacted mr roof Repair, that a vent would correct what he believed was excessive moisture. Giving that the roof only leaked during extremely heavy rains, I doubted this was source and solution to the problem and months later discovered I was right about this. The other roof repair person who looked at our roof months before we contacted Mr roof repair recommended replacing all of the shingles on a relatively new roof (4 years). The rep at Mr Roof repaired believed the source of the leak was from the caulking on the flashing and he confirmed that by spraying water from a hose. Although we had leaking from the roof to our living room, we feel comfortable the source of the leak was finally determined as opposed to guessing as was done by the previous roof repair people. JD caulked the roof and recommended having it caulked again in 5 years for good measure. He did not try to sell a more expensive option, just fixed the problem. Very ethical service. JD also fixed and corrected the guesswork solution of the other repair person. He removed an unnecessary vent and covered with sheet metal, tar and then shingles. Despite replacing some shingles, the roof has a uniform appearance, not a patchwork one. All of this work was done within the allotted time frame. We feel comfortable enough with the service that we got the ceiling repaired a week later. We think Mr. Roof Repair is a professional and Dependable service that you can trust to get a job done in the required time.

He shows up on time, not leaving you dangling unlike other plumbers I have dealt with. Ali and his coworker clearly explain what needs to be replaced. Very little down time. One cut pipes while other made trip to hardware store.
