This is the 3rd time Ive used Jia Jia and they never disappoint. I tried using another company upon a friends recommendation only to go back to Jia Jia because they did not compare. Jia Jia has great communication from start to finish. The movers were quick, efficient and careful. They will not waste your time. Ive recommended them to many friend and will continue to do so without hesitation.

Great service. Very responsive. Great communication. Roman gave us good options for a repair and he was able to get our machine running in no time. He is courteous, knowledgeable and very fair. This is the second time Ive called on Roman and I would not hesitate to call him again.

Project included: New siding, soffit-facia, gutter-downspout, AND window spray-painting From the quoting process to the start and finish of the project, Eric (with his team) was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable and skilled in his craft. The work was well planned and therefore went smoothly. He definitely went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the results – AND I AM!! I highly recommend him and I will definitely call him when I'm ready to install a metal roof.

We had a great experience purchasing a fridge, gas stove, and hood vent from Ajay. He was helpful and managed to save us money so we paid less than expected. The delivery was scheduled and completed to our satisfaction. We had an issue with one of the filters for the hood vent. It came slightly damaged and bent. The customer service department rectified the situation quickly and sent a new filter to our home. Overall... great sales rep, great prices (most economical in the city), great delivery, and great customer service department. Highly recommend!

This is the second time I've used Jia Jia Moving and for the second time, I'm impressed. Always helpful and friendly office staff. Efficient and courteous moving staff. I will definitely be using them again in the Fall.

We needed to repost a fallen section of fence that was 8ft tall by 30ft wide. Manny was very quick to respond with a quote. There was great communication throughout the process of quoting, scheduling and finishing the project. A very rare quality in the trade industry. Manny was very conscientious about keeping costs down by not recommending unnecessary work but also not compromising on quality. He is creative, professional, patient, and very skilled. Manny and his crew did a fantastic job and finished on time. My fence is now as good as new. I highly recommend!

Charlie and his crew are very professional, knowledgeable and personable. They performed a Roof Tune-up and re-attached a few shingles that have come off/loose over the winter. They also checked to make sure everything else is i good condition. It was done in a timely manner and I could not be happier. Great guys. Great job.

Our situation was critical. After a big thaw and some heavy rain, I woke up Monday morning to a steady stream of water coming in through our basement walls. It was practically a river. Silt and all. Darby was quick to respond to my call. He came to the house just hours after I called him. He was calm, empathetic and knowledgable. He emailed me a quote that same day, answered every question I had and gave me the time I needed to make my decision. Although getting other estimates proved unnecessary. By Thursday we decided to go with Mud Monkeys, and Darby even went out of his way to schedule the job and start it the following Monday to accommodate the vacation we were about to take the week after. Darby and his crew arrived on time that Monday morning. He walked me through, once again, what they were going to do, what minimal disruption my neighbour and I could expect, and precautions I should take around the work area. His crew were polite, professional, and friendly (they always said good morning as I left for work.) They even showed me their progress one morning and explained what they found (ie. inadequate waterproofing) and what they were doing. At the end of every day they always kept the work area well contained and blocked off to ensure our safety. The work was finished on time. In fact, technically, a day earlier than scheduled. We had several days of heavy rain since and our basement is dry as a bone. Darby himself was always available on the phone whenever I had a question or concern. He always took his time to explain everything. Even as we were on our way to the airport, I was able to speak to him regarding the depth and finish on the window well. Both of which he assures me he will take care of. It made for a stress free vacation that's for sure. I am looking forward to June, when Mud Monkeys comes back after the gravel has settled to pour the new concrete with a proper grade. My experience with Darby and Mud Monkeys has been so positive that I have already recommended them to 2 other friends in need of basement waterproofing services this year. And the transferrable 20 year warranty is an extra peace of mind. No more loosing sleep over my basement. Thanks Darby!!
