RPJ did a fantastic job replacing my window that had a broken seal. Most companies do not do smaller jobs and would rather replace entire sections, rather than dealing with the actual problem. For example, my window was a section of 3 windows (2 were perfectly fine). Other glass companies wanted to replace all 3!! And wanted a lot more money as a result. The quote/estimate was spot on, and they kept their promises on delivery and install times. Thanks RPJ Glass!

Furnace was emitting 500+ppm CO from exhaust. Fortis came and red tagged furnace and shut gas off. Phoned Jan. 8th in the evening and left a message with an answering service. Tuesday Jan. 9th morning I received a phone call for a service appointment. I decided instead to go with a new install. I was put in contact with Rob Collins, who immediately dealt with my situation. He booked Charles to come and do a measurement on Tuesday during the day. He was on time and professional. The full install was completed on Wednesday January 10th. They were there on time and were ultra-professional. Very happy with every aspect of customer service.
