Furnace was emitting 500+ppm CO from exhaust. Fortis came and red tagged furnace and shut gas off. Phoned Jan. 8th in the evening and left a message with an answering service. Tuesday Jan. 9th morning I received a phone call for a service appointment. I decided instead to go with a new install. I was put in contact with Rob Collins, who immediately dealt with my situation. He booked Charles to come and do a measurement on Tuesday during the day. He was on time and professional. The full install was completed on Wednesday January 10th. They were there on time and were ultra-professional. Very happy with every aspect of customer service.
