Bartman Plumbing

Never use these people! Bartman Plumbing was to repair a leaking toilet and drain pipe in my home. I was given a quote of $55/hr, I agreed. 2 men came put in a fluid fill valve in my toilet, looked at the drain pipe in an hour and left saying they need a part to repair the drain pipe, 2 weeks later never heard anything back. I got charged 3 hours work at $414.90 for just repairing the toilet!! I could've bought a freaking new toilet at that price!! I asked for their quote to repair the drain pipe which supposedly needed a special part - over $500!! I called my floor installer and asked him if he can repair sinks, he agreed and charged me only $160 with PARTS!! Bartman Plumbing is overpriced and unprofessional!

My kitchen drain was badly blocked. I contacted Bartman in the morning and by mid-afternoon Mike and Gil showed up. Right on schedule - unusual in Toronto. Their specialized equipment with its 10m drain reach managed to clear all the clogs in less than an hour. They were careful not to leave a mess and cleaned the area under the kitchen sink thoroughly afterwards. Very professional and personable and I would definitely go to Bartman Plumbing again for help.

Zoila and Edita in the office provided very prompt and courteous service and were a pleasure to deal with. Mike, the plumber, was arrived on time, was professional and polite and solved several difficult problems with great resource, He completed the job within 2 hours. The price was reasonable and the work was excellent. I highly recommend Bartman Plumbing.

I have used the company before and I will the next time I have a plumbing need.

Bartman Plumbing did a great job! The plumber showed up on time, was very professional and explained everything to me including costs prior to starting the work. I had a leaking faucet and the washer was broken. Moreover, as I am working, I requested if they could come as early as 8a.m. The guys were on time, professional and efficient in resolving the issue. I would recommend Bartman Plumbing for their leaky woes.

Our shower has never worked properly, since we moved into our new build 5 years ago. Finally, we were having an issue with being able to adjust the shower temperature. Zoila immediately targeted the problem. In order to save money and avoid multiple visits, she asked for photos and was able to source the part. There was constant follow-up during this process. This was not an easy part to find and the process took a few days. The plumber, who clearly knew what he was doing, did the repair and the shower has never worked better. He was pleasant, tidy and made suggestions for improvements. We are very pleased with our experience.
