From day1 when I received the palliser love seat it has 2 inch waves
in the seat when I called Jordon at better shade store and showed him pictures of the waves he did not want to do anything to address this issue and then he finally sent the pictures of the palliser love seat to palliser and THEIR response was that this is normal for that love seat to look like that and he wouldn't do anything to fix this issue
So I will never recommend better shade store or palliser products
Better Shade claims their service is better than any one else's I went to the store to complain and showed him pictures of the love seat it is a piece of junk DO NOT BUY FROM INTERIORS BETTER SHADE ON GLENDALE AVE BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS

Purchased a new recliner in Oct 17,received in Nov. special order in cloth, tried it for a month and could not get comfortable, called salesman Jordan Cecchi, explained the problem and he agreed to take chair back for a small re stocking fee if I purchased an upgrade, Saw Jordan today and purchased the same chair in leather for a little more money and delivery fee, he transferred the warrant over to the new chair and it was delivered within 3 hrs..very satisfied with th3 customer service , purchased blinds there about two yrs. ago, same great products and service, would highly r3commend this bus. to anyone..John

Our experience with Better Shade hasn’t been a positive one. All we needed was to have the windows measured and then have roller shade installed. However, what was supposed to be two visits turned into four and one no show. Major inconvenience. There were errors in measurements and one window was forgotten. Once installed, some of the roller shades were off center and missing valances.

Overall, I would not recommend this
company for their services. They are incredibly unorganized and unprofessional.

Had our roller blinds installed on Tuesday of this week. What a great job from start to finish. We had Anne come out and measure with great recommendations for keeping the sun out of the nursery, mounting the rollers outside the window rather than inside, this helped completely blackout the light coming in. We now can get a bit more rest. Thanks to these black out blinds :) !!!

We did not have a good experience with Better Shades. We ordered drapes - the first installer hung them all at the wrong height - 5 sets each hanging at a different height and crooked. The designer recommended box pleats - the look was so wrong that they had to take them back and re-sew each set.
We also ordered motorized roller blinds. They measured them incorrectly so they had to go back to the factory and be re-cut. The motor portion worked for 1 day and then quit (on two different blinds.) The installer used unsafe work practices (standing on the top rung of an extension ladder) that made us so nervous that we just wanted him out of the house.
I don't know about the furniture they offer, but for window coverings, I would deal elsewhere. Very unprofessional installation and service.

Thank you for your excellent work Better Shades team. We have just received our recliners and are very pleased how they look in our front living room. Now our guests have a very pleasant place to sit instead of that old retired looking lazy boy. The girls in the store really had a great idea of colour selection and directed us to the perfect pick. Our family and friends are really impressed with the new set up. Thanks guys!

Honestly, one of the nicest and knowledgeable staff teams iv'e dealt with in many years. Let me tell you, they really know their stuff!. They knew and explained the different grades of leathers, the different color options, and the protection each leather has. We learned that the higher the grade of leather the more natural it is but it doesn't have very much stain capabilities, also that you can order 100% leather or leather with a leather match so we opted for a mid grade leather w leather match, which had the stain capabilities but also was soft to touch plus the price was exactly in our budget. We know we are getting quality and shopping locally helps our region. Keep up the great work!

I just bought a beautiful sectional couch from Better Shade and couldn't be happier!! The salesgirl was so knowledgeable about the products and totally lead me in the right direction. The delivery was on schedule and the delivery boys were courteous when entering my home. Very friendly! Overall a great experience and will definitely return there when I need something else! Recommend to all :)

We recently bought a Sofa and a recliner from Interiors By Better Shade. What a great experience! We had one of their in store decorators who gave us advice on which colour of would be best match our new hardwood floor and walls, this really helped our whole room come together! Thank you guys we'll be back to choose some art works and maybe even a new area rug for Josh's room!

Our friends just bought a new recliner and they told us they got it from 'Better Shades'. We checked out the store and to our surprise, THEY SELL FURNITURE! We bought a pair of matching recliners to compliment our existing set in the living room. Had we know prior to this that they sold furniture we definitely would have bought from there. We checked the price comparison and we would have saved 800$ if we bought it from Better Shades!!!
