In May 2012 I requested that Steve make an urgent house call to examine our leaky, 27-year-old washing machine. He came within a day, and right on time. He asked pointed questions about what leaking we had observed, and looked over the machine. He advised us to replace it, as he didn't want us to waste our money trying to repair it. Then Steve gave some helpful advice on the kind of machine to look for, and within a week, I had replaced both my old laundry machines.

A few months later, I needed advice on replacing our kitchen appliances, and left a message for Steve asking for a telephone consultation. He called back almost immediately, and patiently discussed the pros and cons of different types of ranges and fridges for over half an hour, and refused to accept payment.

I was very impressed with Steve's professional attitude--he's amiable, a good communicator, punctual and respectful. I'd call him again in a minute. In fact, my range has a sick element that needs attention, so I'll be calling "Dr. Steve" soon!
