I have used Steve's services multiple times for my washer, dryer, and most recently my oven.

Steve is always prompt, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. He will tell you on the phone what he thinks the problem might be and what the estimated cost might be. When he comes to your house he will be very clear about whether he can fix the problem. I like that he will also sometimes tell you that a problem could have been avoided and will explain what you can do to properly maintain your appliance going forward to avoid paying for a service visit.
