I hired Canary Construcion Ltd for my kitchen renovation starting fall of 2021. Specifically they were hired for floor tile, backsplash, electrical, plumbing and patching and painting. I have been very happy with their workmanship and overall service. All of Claudio's trades people are excellent, nice people and always on time. I will be looking to hire Claudio and his crew for future jobs.

I have used Steve's services multiple times for my washer, dryer, and most recently my oven. Steve is always prompt, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. He will tell you on the phone what he thinks the problem might be and what the estimated cost might be. When he comes to your house he will be very clear about whether he can fix the problem. I like that he will also sometimes tell you that a problem could have been avoided and will explain what you can do to properly maintain your appliance going forward to avoid paying for a service visit.

In October 2012 I had 416-so-clean come to my house to attempt the removal of a red wine stain from a couch cushion and to also steam clean an arm chair and loveseat. The representative was very friendly and polite. He was not able to completely remove the wine stain but he did a good job and I would use 416-so-clean again.
