These guys are honest and know what there doing. I was having some problems with my AC (caused by poor work by Reliance home comfort). This company provided honest advice and were able to solve my problem. They tell it like it is, and don't try to sell you stuff you dont need. They will be my future go to company for any HVAC needs!!

Brendan and his team came and did our installation actually on 2 homes one a mini split the other a heat pump in DT Toronto with a temperature of 40 degrees C. They worked long and hard and were extremely courteous, tidy and professional! They were a pleasure to have working on my system and they exceeded my expectations! I would highly recommend this team for all your cooling needs!! Thanks guys for a super job.

Two years ago, I had a Mitsubishi slim line installed by Canada Home Renovation Depot. Alex, the representative for this company, was very knowledgeable and helpful. The company technicians who installed the unit were very professional.
When I needed another unit installed, I called Alex and he immediately came to give a quote. Alex is very excellent and I would strongly recommend Canada Home Renovation Depot.

I have been dealing with Alex for approximately 8 to 10 years. I dealt with him at my old house and now my mother's home. I have found him very helpful. He is always eager and willing to answer any questions and assist you with issues that you may have.

My 88 year old mother's heat wasn't working he was right there to solve the issue. When they installed her furnace 6 years ago after a flood the installers were very courteous and knew what they were doing.

Recently I purchased Mitsubishi Mr. Slim Air Conditioner unit and have it installed in my room. Alex ,the sales guy was very professional and answered all my questions. On the installation day, the tech team was punctual and efficient and took care all the details and friendly.
Mr. Slim enabled me to have good night sleep and put my hot flashes away. Sounds like a lot of money for the unit however I enjoy every single minute. Even I turned off the unit, the room remained cool for hours.
The only regret is I wish I have done it sooner. I am very happy for the product. Cleaning is very easy and no hassle.

Texted Alex on Sunday evening of the long weekend when my air conditioner was not working at a recommendation from my neighbour who used him to replace her air conditioner. Alex called me right away and asked me questions, then he told me what I needed to do to fix it. I followed his instructions and it worked. I know who I will call and recommend for any air cconditioning/heating repairs etc. He could have given me a song and dance and charged me for a visit and repair, but he didn't. That speaks volumes in my books. Thank you Alex.

Thank you Alex for so promptly coming to my aid when recently my air-conditioner due to a minor problem, a blockage in the drainage hose, was not functioning during a hot spell. It is this type of after service care and prompt attention which makes your company outstanding when considering the purchase of heating or air-conditioning equipment. I had to replace two offbrand ductless air conditioners because nobody could service them and provide parts. Alex was amazing, and guided us through the options and we decided on the Mitsubishi ductless heat pump, two of them. Jid was the installer, he worked in a professional and efficient manner, worked late to get the two units installed. He took away the old scrap units, cleaned up the worksite and took the time to explain the functioning of the units ensuring that they performed well before he left. Alex checked in with me by phone and then attended on site to ensure everything was proceeding as planned. Alex proved to be very knowledgeable, experienced, and great at explaining the Mitsubishi heat pump. He delivered above and beyond her expectations. We have recommended Alex and his company to friends and they are similarly satisfied. Old style honest service and integrity is alive and well with Alex and his team.

Just be made aware that these units do not work in very cold weather. Ensure that you have alternative heat source for extremely cold weather (i.e. polar vortex) in southern Ontario. Mine stopped working in the middle of the night when it got down to -21C and this is when you need heat more than ever.
