Took money - did not complete job as contracted. stay away! Other neighbours experienced similar problem. Exceptional presentation but did not meet obligations. Actual work performed was ok. Needed to bring in other contractors to complete work.

Contractor walked off the job and left me an unfinshed house with thousands of dollars in work not completed . He made many committments and did not follow through with them. There are many items which deposits where paid that there was no work done

examples:
wires out of walls,
trim and doors not hung,
no basement floor poured,
holes in walls,
plumbing not complete,
insulation in walls missing,
windows set wrong,
deposit for garage with no work done,
deposit for basement with no work done,

etc

DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR

This contractor took on the job and showed up for approximately 2 hours per week. Contractor stated that it was important to make a decision asap because they were able to complete the work within a 2 month window. Contractor never showed up. Contractor would not give a detailed account of expenditures.
