My washing machine agitator broke, it took them 1 wk to come out to look at it, another wk to come fix it. After 2 washes the agitator came loose. Had an appointment with them to fix today between 8 AM - 12 noon. they were a no show. called their offices, too bad i have to wait on their time. Came after 12 noon. Left 2 message for the manager to call me back, still waiting.
I would not recommend this company to anyone, they are very unprofessional, rude and don't value anyone's time.

Commonwealth were called out to my home for warranty service. The first couple technicians couldn't figure out the problem. Two more came. All were late with no call to say they would be late. When I mentioned the latest I was told that I was rude (for mentioning it) and that this is the way technicians work. Too bad. One even threatened to curse me out over it. When I called the company and spoke to "Bea" she told me that technician, Victor, is the owner's son so nothing will be done. He also ordered parts and left the old parts in my kitchen.
Professionalism does not exist. By the way, my appliance still doesn't work.

We have used Commonwealth before for a warranty repair on our dishwasher and the tech did a good job so we contacted them again for our Glass top stove. (Not under warranty) Our issue was a runaway temperature. The tech arrived at the promised time and was professional in his explanation. Of course the problem we had the night before didn't happen while the tech was there but I suggested we go ahead and change the temp sensor anyways. ( I did my homework before his arrival) The tech replaced the sensor and all was well. I contacted Commonwealth that evening for a technical question and left a message for them to call. I never received a call back and this was rather disappointing and thus the reason for my rating. The lack of follow up concerns me especially after reading other reviews. Not a great way to run a business.

I had a service call on 07/22/16, 2nd visit by the technician name Ian who was very unprofessional, Rude, no knowledge of the fridge. He wrongfully diagnosed and changed an expensive part. The leak was due to a crack on the water tube, but he changed the Housing for which he billed $78.51 , He also broke the cover on the top and when I asked to fix, he said he will come back. I asked him to write it on the invoice, he refused. Not sure he will come back?

Service was terrible. Late showing up never called to inform of delay. Berated, lectured and threatened by service tech in home. Took two minutes to install and charged extra 15 mins (a monkey could install it too). Company needs customer service training

Have issues with our 8 month old Frigidaire fridge still under mfgt’s warranty. I called Frigidaire and they gave me names of two companies I could call, one being Commonwealth. While the repair person was very nice, I really don’t think he had a clue on what was wrong or how to fix it. He replaced the seal/gasket around the fridge door which did nothing to solve our issue. When I called them back (twice) and left messages both times, I never heard back from them. Even Frigidaire emailed them on my behalf and I still didn’t hear back from them. Not a reliable company in my mind.

After a terrible "repair" experience with another appliance repair company, we contacted Kitchenaid to get an authorized technician to check our oven. Turns our our oven was left in a potentially unsafe state by the last company. They already have over 200 bad reviews, so I thought I'd rather spend my time writing a positive review for someone who deserves it!
Victor from Commomwealth came on time and was professional, polite and reliable. He explained the problem clearly and told me exactly what would be needed to fix it. His rates were reasonable, he worked quickly and efficiently, and the price he charged for the parts was fair (considering the other company charged us $50 more for a similar piece!).
I can highly recommend this company based on our experience.

The Tech from Commonwealth came to service a brand new washing machine that we recently purchased at Badboy in Scarborough.

Our issue was/is still that the washer has never washed our clothes, sometimes we pull out clothes that had never been touched by water after a full cycle is completed. If they aren't getting wet they aren't getting clean, we spent $1,000.00 for a large paperweight from the looks of things.
We had the technician from commonwealth come to our house to look at he washer to see if there was anything wrong. He (Sean) saw the exact problem I described, we ran the machine through a cycle then I pulled out the clothes and sure enough he saw with his own eyes some articles were completely dry (not wet and then spun dry) but they were never touched by water. He proceeded to talk to the engineer at whirlpool on the phone and then rushed off saying he had another call to go to. I assumed he would report the machine had issues and something would be done. He did not say anything he just left. So we waited and nothing happened, no calls from whirlpool, nothing. The next week I called commonwealth and they said Sean was sick but they explained to me that the report he gave to whirlpool was the machine was working without any problems. So he essentially reported falsely??? Why I do not know! He later called me back after a few days saying he thinks I just need to try a different wash setting and that should fix everything...but we are reasonably smart people and we tried every setting already, most importantly we tried the "deep water" setting which uses the most water of all the settings and the problem continues...I refused to accept his verdict and have argued that they come and look again, I will update what happens after the next visit (Scheduled for Thursday Jan 22nd, 2015 we plan on filming what transpires so no one can make false reports this time).

Nov 4 the technician came out to service my oven. After 3 failed attempts, the oven is still not working and it is 3 months later. I cannot get a hold of them, they do not answer their phone and do not respond to any requests from Frigidaire. This place is a joke and would never, ever recommend or use this company.

Horrible Services. They didn't fix it the first time when they said they did. It broke down 2 weeks later. and it took them another month to reschedule.

We also called to make an appointment and they hang up on us a few times.

Just bad customer services. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
