The Tech from Commonwealth came to service a brand new washing machine that we recently purchased at Badboy in Scarborough.
Our issue was/is still that the washer has never washed our clothes, sometimes we pull out clothes that had never been touched by water after a full cycle is completed. If they aren't getting wet they aren't getting clean, we spent $1,000.00 for a large paperweight from the looks of things.
We had the technician from commonwealth come to our house to look at he washer to see if there was anything wrong. He (Sean) saw the exact problem I described, we ran the machine through a cycle then I pulled out the clothes and sure enough he saw with his own eyes some articles were completely dry (not wet and then spun dry) but they were never touched by water. He proceeded to talk to the engineer at whirlpool on the phone and then rushed off saying he had another call to go to. I assumed he would report the machine had issues and something would be done. He did not say anything he just left. So we waited and nothing happened, no calls from whirlpool, nothing. The next week I called commonwealth and they said Sean was sick but they explained to me that the report he gave to whirlpool was the machine was working without any problems. So he essentially reported falsely??? Why I do not know! He later called me back after a few days saying he thinks I just need to try a different wash setting and that should fix everything...but we are reasonably smart people and we tried every setting already, most importantly we tried the "deep water" setting which uses the most water of all the settings and the problem continues...I refused to accept his verdict and have argued that they come and look again, I will update what happens after the next visit (Scheduled for Thursday Jan 22nd, 2015 we plan on filming what transpires so no one can make false reports this time).
