I have been using this company for the last 18 years - annual furnace check, original a/c 18 years ago and new one last week. The service men were great and totally cleaned up after themselves and removed the old equipment - not removed to my boulevard but totally removed.

A few years ago my mother in law had an Enbridge protection plan. Over the xmas holidays when we were away her furnace stopped working. She called Enbridge and they shut her furnace off stating it was unsafe. It was minus 10 out and they told her she needed a new furnace that could not be installed right away. I called complete heating and a/c. as i trusted them and figured they could get her a furnace faster. They came quickly, diagnosed a fairly minor problem which they fixed and my mother in law had heat and saved thousands by avoiding an unnecessary purchase.

Bob and his team were efficient throughout the whole process. He came by to give us a free estimate, which was the best price out of 4 contractors. His installation team was punctual in arriving on the set date, the work was completed within the allotted time, and they cleaned up after they were done. The system operation was explained to my full understanding. Bob even followed up when the temperature got warmer by coming by to make sure the AC system was working properly and we were happy with it.
I would highly recommend (and actually have given 2 referrals so far) Bob and his team!

Very disappointed.

Installed a brand new air conditioner from these guys, thought they were a local business I would like to support, price was moderate. I have decided on this company based on price, reputation, and geographical location.

This was a double deal, 2 new homes, 2 new air conditioner. Unfortunately, I've got the lemon.

First year (2009) of operation was fine. Second year (2010) beginning of the season, no cool, service technician vacuum the lines, did a test for leakage, said no problem, recharged it, and fine for the rest of the summer, error code shows low pressure, but it doesn't make any sense said the technician, he was expecting a leak. Third year (2011), no cool in the beginning of the season, lines were vacuum and tested for leakage, said no problem, and recharged it, works fine. This year (2012), no cool again, technician came and said the system was over charged, causing safety switch to disable the system. Readjusted pressure and it was fine. Later on in August, no cool again, technician came and and found a leak in a valve, replaced it. We will have to wait for next year to know if it is fine again or not.
SO FAR a technician has been out every year, and SO FAR, no charges (thought they were honourable) until the last visit.
I understand sometimes there are manufacturer defects or what not, bad luck, lemons, but I have had air conditioners in my parents home, my auntie's home, my in-laws home, for 20 years, they never have to call for service, and so far I have had service on this machine every year, only only now they found a leak, in a valve?
They want me to pay for this repair, and I don't think it is fair. If I can have year without any problems I will be satisfy, but it has been the same problem over and over again. Really, is this such a ridiculous request? The owner Steve, did not care to explain, and wanted to see me in court instead, simply said "I don't see any records for a service call in 2010" was the basis of his decision to ask me pay for the service.

DO NOT BUY OR HIRE THIS COMPANY. JUST HEADACHES. BOTH STEVE AND BOB (OWNERS) ARE UPSET ABOUT SOMETHING SO PETTY AND SIMPLE TO RESOLVE: ALL I WANT IS JUST 1 YEAR PROBLEM FREE, THAT'S ALL.

This company was contracted to do the ductwork for a custom home based on specs provided by our mechanical engineer as well as supply and install a furnace, HRV, and central air conditioning system. Bob and his crew were exemplary professionals and we could not be happier with their service and communication. Shortly after moving in we experienced an issue with the air conditioner. Bob was very attentive in diagnosing the issue and it turned out to be an issue with the air conditioner itself and not with anything that bob's crew might have done. Bob quickly ordered a new part and had a service person come to install and we have had no problems ever since. Bob even went above and beyond by securing an additional 5 yr service warranty directly from the manufacturer on our behalf seeing that it was a new ac unit. I highly recommend bob and his company.

The guys were on time and did a great job or installing my new furnace as well the clean up was all done not a speck of dirt anywhere. The cost was compareable for a furnace but they supplied all the numbers to claim for a rebate with the goovernment etc.

After calling in this company to our third house, I was fully expecting to be told that a new furnace was necessary. Bob told me that the problem was small and could be competed with very little effort. Bob, we'll call you to install in this house and our next one as well.

This company went above and beyond to keep their word and ensured the job was done correctly with repeat visits. Their salesperson was down to earth and very honest with transparent intentions. His recommendations have been proven effective and the entire process has vindicated our selection of contractor. I would highly recommend this group.

We hired this company to completely replace all the old ductwork in our house renovation last summer as well as install central air. They were accuarate on the quote, on time, came up with creative solutions, cleaned up after themselves and come fall our house was toasty warm. We highly recommend them!
