Customer service has got to the most incompetent around, we moved back in February and I've been on the phone with them off and on seven, eight times talking to different people in CSR, BILLING, ACCOUNTS, supervisors trying to get our bill straighten out. Every time we thing were good they screw it up again , from changing the address back to our previous one, opening up a second account in another name for our address , to not giving us the credit that they owe us, I would advice staying away from these guys, unless you like talking on the phone and getting no where.
